很不错的酒店! 我们的班机很迟,到酒店已经要凌晨12点,但是酒店还是有帮我们留房间,而且还Upgrade给我们,很满意!

apartment not a hotel actually”
it's kind of service apartment in the city of surabaya, most unit is not for rental purposes, just some unit in a dedicated floor, good location, easy to take a cab, however the room is very small although I'm just 5'10

need a club kids”
i love staying here, the room is very clean, spacious and the location near to everywhere.. but this apt didnt have kids club / pool.. so boring for lil kids staying here.. food is delicious, love the xo fried rice and i had a great breakfast here..

we field trip with my family to some interesting places”
Well the fare is quite reasonable with fairly good in facilitates and its services. Only that it happened in the last our group trip that happened unexpectedly . The taxi that we request from the hotel was not confident enough to sent us to the airport . These had made the image grading of the hotel was down. We were not happy with the unexpected event happened and its really make trauma especially from all of us ( ladies) We would suggest that next time hotel should be aware with these situation whereby there will be no more victim in near future.

HOTEL Taxi not competent”
We just had a nightmare with taxi service from Gunawangsa Manyar Hotel. On 1st March 2017 around 04:00 am in the morning, we ordered a Hotel taxi via the Reception to Juanda international Airport. The taxi arrived and we put our luggage inside the boot. As he drove on, it became clear to us that he did not have a clue on the direction of the airport. Apparently he was a new driver. Out of desperation, he stopped in a dark place and asked the village people on direction. He did not switch on the taxi operator service for assistance. He seemed to know nothing on how to use GPS. He did not attempt to communicate with his hand phone for help. He drove very slow and got trouble with engine continue stopping. We all get very nervous and requested him to turn back to the Gunawangsa Manyar Hotel. He initially ignored the request until he realized he was not making progress. Upon arrival back to hotel, we switched to a new hotel taxi. The whole episode was very scary and nerve-racking experience. I hope in the future the hotel make sure Taxi that arrive to the premise to be of competent driver and already briefed on safe driving.
