我算long terms住这的吧 地点真挺好的 房间要是住满4人有点挤的 房间就一把风扇 平时还好 夏天可能比较要命😂要是打算煮要自备厨具 这的锅具被糟蹋的不行 餐具也没几支 洗衣烘衣各4刀～整体来说我还是满意的 下次还来 除了夏天

Best stay with VERY affordable price ”
Modern design in room, kitchen and dining area. I like how they have plug and usb port everywhere. The hotel is very clean and new, they provide clean towel for long staying guest like me every 1 or 2 days. oh ya, also I like the fact that they do have ironing in the laundry room. All respect for their staff to keep good quality service for the hotel, the frontdesk managers are incredibly helpful and generous with their time and advice.

One of the best, if not the best affordable stay when in Auckland”
Really clean, modern and good facilities for a great stay in the city. I especially love the kitchen/dining area/co-working space. Conveniently located too, it's close to restaurants, Westfield, Coountdown, parks and peaks like Mt. Eden, Mt. St.John, Auckland Domain, etc. Great value for money.

Great Newmarket location”
Great location and comfy modern room for a couple. Super comfortable big bed, efficient room design, maximising small space. Relatively quiet, except for the screaming hotel guest next door the first night. Second night was perfectly quiet, as in no outside noise. Staff were friendly and helpful with our after midnight checkin.

One of the cleanest hostel I have ever been. Each room has got its own shower and I loved it. Also each bed has got its own socket and usb charger, reading lamp and curtains for privacy.

I’m disabled and I wasn’t going to sleep very well in the room I originally booked so I was upgraded to a beautiful room with everything I needed. The staff were so friendly and understanding. It was a really pleasant stay.

The room is clean, however very noisy as close to road with single glazed window. ”
Car parking reservation needs to be improved. The staff should notify the guests regarding tow away risk for parking in the carpark right adjacent to hotel parking in the same lane. Very frustrated that my car was towed away even though I have reserved a car park on the day of making the hotel reservation and also on the day of checking in. Later found out the night staff didn’t actually reserve a car spot for me and ended up having my car being towed away! The hotel did refund the tow away cost but it already cause a bit of inconvenience as I was ready for work and ended up wasting a lot time trying to sort this out.

Quiet location ”
Staff were very welcoming and friendly but I can’t say I would recommend to a friend as I consistently felt that the place needed a deep clean This review is for the dorm room- Bring your own bed sheets as the duvet covers are not changed, bathroom is given a light clean some days - the glass on the shower is a clear sign Kitchen area - fridge needs a clear out Soap dispensers in the Bathrooms all need topped up The location within Newmarket is nice and buses run right outside the door. There is access to a gym - 20 min walk from hotel - I happily paid $5 as it meant I got a clean shower but they should consider making it free for all guests - if someone is willing to walk 20 mins to a gym.... It has the makings of a lovely quiet stopover but needs a good scrub

Need to pay for parking.”
I stayed in many hotels nearby in Epsom, never heard of pay parking $15/night. The car was not secure even park inside the hotel with security camera. Staff could not find who threw egg on my car, really disappointed. No apology or offer to clean my car and only refund for parking fee for one night not the total two nights. Hotel room is clean but very noisy and hot due to close to the road, you can hear car and buses noise in the morning. Would not stay there again.
