渡假村有足夠的員工給予我們良好的服務，也有許多會說中文的員工， 建議使用白金包的方案，雖然陸籍旅客偏多數，但他們的方案和白金包不同， 在渡假村的時候我們不論是活動或者用餐都有很好的體驗，也不會覺得被其他旅客打擾到， 全包式的方案讓我們吃喝得很盡情 XD 到當地居民居住的小島也是很特別的體驗(渡假村的導遊是全英文導遊) 我們會說英文能夠和員工交談，讓整個旅程又更完美， 員工記得我們是誰，在餐廳時也會和我們多聊個幾句， 建議參加上午的海邊瑜珈課程，很特別也是一個非常棒的體驗。 渡假村每天都有小鯊魚的餵食秀、傍晚也能夠在岸邊看到魟魚、 浮淺時能夠看到許多魚類、很熱但曬起來很舒服的暖陽 而且每間房都有提供腳踏車、不想自己騎車也有Buggy可以搭，懶人福音哈哈哈 水上屋真的很美麗，每天看著太陽 適合躺在躺椅上放空， 寬敞的陽台有可以直接走到海裡的階梯(但一下去都是珊瑚礁岩，想下去必須穿膠鞋) 還有無邊際游泳池，木棧道散步起來也非常地棒，天氣通常很好，下午下雨的時候適合睡午覺哈哈 我們是來蜜月的，渡假村還有給我們準備了小禮物，非常的窩心！

買酒店的時候沒有留意是要轉搭內陸機，比我們預期中去酒店的時間多了一個鐘！和很麻煩的就是預知內陸機的航班時間！是到前一日才知！如果撞啱搭正晚上的内陸機你便浪費了大半天逗留在酒店的時間！我們原本得知內陸機時間是航班晚上九時好在我們在馬累機場的住宿幫我們在當日早上爭取到10:00am嘅航班!但是因為我們本身book了兩晚唔所以才如此緊張早機與否，但如果你們book嘅日數無咁短嘅話其實也是沒有什麼大問題！雖然要搭內陸機要搭多一個鐘才到酒店，但係去到你就會覺得真係好值得！好多人話All inclusive 既包餐都很難食..但這間真係讓我們喜出望外！食物很可以！環境又靚！我和我朋友已經相約下次一定會再黎多次～因為兩晚其實都真係唔夠玩🤣

一定要住水屋！水屋是新建的，各方面条件都非常好，房间和私人泳池够大。本人4晚全水屋，海景相当棒。建议只要早餐，岛上有4家餐厅，选择更多，也更好吃。沙滩还行，没有拖尾长滩，算美中不足吧。不过相对于很多别的高档，性价比还是很高的。

It'd be better if the clinic provides more medical support. Great service, great staff, but not all of them...
The resort is beautiful, but the island is too far from Male airport and we need to wait a lot for them to arrange the transportation. It includes an hour journey from male airport in a domestic flight and then 20 minute speed boat. So overall it was very inconvenient to reach. The food was average, but the breakfast had plenty of options. Staff was very kind and helpful. You are assigned a butler who takes care of you throughout the trip. But it is definitely not value for money and would recommend everyone that i know, to avoid this place.
This place is a piece of Paradise . We felt so good because everything was so perfect.. Thank you Mr . Jokey and Mr . Sankersham for making our stay here so wonderful and memorable. We will definitely come back again .
We spent our honeymoon at this hotel and are happy we made the choice for this resort. The resort is unbelievably beautiful, well kept and the rooms exceed the quality indicated on the pictures. The staff is generally very friendly. The food is fabulous, we can especially recommend the Samsara, where the manager goes out of his way to make your experience unforgettable. We had a few issues with the booking and the price of certain things that were included in our rate, which were solved by the friendly staff, but it was hard for them and for us to get ahold of the reservation manager. At a resort of this price range, one should not have to insist multiple times to get the advantages promised at the moment of purchase. All in all a great stay and a location we can recommend.
The place such a paradise! We are very enjoyed in this resort for our honeymoon trip! All in all are very good!!
After a 3,5h train ride and 10 hour flight it is not the easiest to get to the Hideaway Resort with another domestic flight and speedboat ride but when we got there it was worth it!!! The whole week felt as if we would be alone there because of the size you do not see many people and there is so much you can do there. 4 restaurants (we recommend esp the Samsara), diving, snorkeling, all kind of water sports, fishing, submarine, excursions, private BBQ.... most of the time we enjoyed our Water Bungalow as it was so spacious and the pool was perfect! All the flowers, trees and palms give you a jungle feeling. The best thing about Hideaway is not the perfect scenery, the good food is it the butler service! Dana was the loveliest and kindest and most helpful person we‘ve ever met! She organized everything, every little surprise, every dinner, getaway and so on-without her it wouldn‘t have been the same! We will definitely come back!
My stay was fine. However, I learnt never trust butler and hotel staff and cross confirm everything before you pay them money. My return flight from Male was at 4:35pm. Our butler Zareer told that they they arranged transportation at 10:30pm from resort. I told him that my wife is sick so I won’t be able to sit in the waiting area of the airport for that long. He reassured that they have lounge at the airport that I will have access. These guys took forever to get us to Male airport and on reaching Male airport at 2:05pm they told me that I wouldn’t be getting any longe access..... i was baffled, I asked their manager Ibrahim over there but he was rude too... then I connected with resort reception, they didn’t do anything either.... I wasn’t about small change that i had to pay for lounge access but it was about values.... i just felt that these guys cheated me.... after spending 1000s of dollars per night, i just think I deserve fair treatment... I won’t be recommending this resort
If you are a lover of the ocean the hideaway is 70 mins away by seaplane so the reef and the wildlife is hard to beat! We saw Baby eagle rays from our breakfast tables and 8 Mantas during our dive, lion fish, giant beautiful Ocean clams, moray eels, puffer fish and an array of tropical fish and sharks.
We LOVED our stay here!! I'm vegan and my husband is vegetarian and usually that style of food isn't too plentiful or people don't know the difference. Hideaway was amazing though!! Breakfast has a ton of vegan options and they always were asking if I needed anything else. To those with dietary restrictions this is your place!! Service is all around amazing. We can't wait to come back!

Great location, clean water, perfect for snorkeling! The over-water villa is fantastic! However, we are extremely disappointed with the service. 1) They assigned a "butler", but all he did was keeping pushing sales, especially the most expensive activities. However, we asked him for an additional bicycle three time, but it never came... 2) I accidentally scratched my knee. The "clinic" charged USD$36 for a simple patch and a bandage. The doctor's attitude was really bad, probably because I interrupted her lunch break. I had been to Maldives 3 times, and this is the first time being charge for a simple first-aid service. Plus, the bandage kept falling off although I never touched water afterwards. 3) Our departure flight was at 12:50pm. The hotel forced us to check out at 4:00am. We could understand that this was due to the hotel's remote location, but we were extremely upset because they only informed us of this early check-out at 8pm the night before, which only left us less than 8 hours and no breakfast until we requested for it. I had sent the hotel the details of our flight a week before checking-in, and they didn't even bother to give us a reminder on such early check-out. Overall, I would NOT recommend this resort. After all, we paid premium price for both location and services (especially the details). I am sure there are plenty other hotels in Maldives that care more about the customers.

I have stayed for 5 days 4 nights in over water villa for honeymoon. My departure flight was 2305hrs. Even late check out was not given, but all facilities still available for us especially we could take shower in the spa centre. We could spend time until 1700hrs. The location was far away from Male airport but they provide good transfer arrangement for us by speedboat at 1700hrs and domestic flight at 1930hrs. Many staff escorted us and assisted flight check in etc. The staff are friendly and helpful, talkative and cheerful. I played football with them at night, so excited. The breakfast is delicious. The bad thing is some tourists are so annoying and noisy.
It's a piece of Paradise . You feel so good because everything is just perfect .

This is the first time I came to Maldives, but the resort was really amazing ! The staff, the food, the service, the room was excellent. I will definitely coming back for longer stay.
On all fronts amazing
The 2 bedroom over water villa is amazing. It is really good for a group of friends. The resort as a whole was very nice, the food was good and the staff was amazing. If there was anything that I can criticize, they could improve their communication with the guests before arrival because we did not receive clear instructions on how to get to the resort and the details of our transfers. I had to contact them several times before I was clarified regarding this matter. Also, the resort is quite far, you have to take a domestic flight then a speedboat transfer before you arrive at the resort. That said, I would definitely go back there.

It was really a new feel and experience.. The water villa was jus awesome..The morning buffet was extensive and yummy...Overall had a very nice experience and we enjoyed a lot....I think its one of the best places to visit...
And me too i love so much don't want to leave Even tomorrow early check out but i still trying wake up so early for swiming and feel it again want bring to my country really Wonderful weather Plane are nice Fresh air Fresh foods But only one we didn't like is Japaness the food was not fresh and price so high The cheff not excellent And one more the health spot club need buy new marchine for gym i was do runing so so noisy didnot like that
ハネムーンで５泊、水上コテージで利用しました。 【移動】 ハイダウェイまでの移動手段は、マーレ国際空港からHanimaadhoo空港までの国内線（1日5本、約50分）と約20分のスピードボートです。現在は水上飛行機が発着していませんので、ハイダウェイは非常に静かです。 【施設】 島全体は広いので、バギーを呼んで移動するか、各部屋にある自転車を使って移動します。 島内の植物は手入れされていますので、非常に綺麗です。水上コテージに宿泊したこともあり、蚊の被害はなかったです。 【食事】 朝食はメインレストランのビュッフェです。１００％のフレッシュジュース、モルジブの伝統料理「チャパティー」、インドの伝統料理「ドーサ」がとても美味しかったです。 昼食や夕食は、メインレストランのほかに、アジアン料理レストラン、カジュアルな洋食レストランも利用できます。アジアン料理レストランのバターチキンカレーがとても美味しかったです。 【リーフ・砂浜】洋食レストランの目の前の砂浜から少し泳ぐだけで、ドロップオフにたどり到着です。ドロップオフにはたくさんの魚がいますので、手軽にシュノーケリングを楽しむことができます。 【スタッフ・客層】 スタッフはとてもフレンドリーでした。夜間、スタッフと一緒にフットサル（人工芝）を楽しむことができました（フットサルシューズ持っていくといいです）。 客層としては、中国人と韓国人が多いそうですが、欧米人も滞在していました。ただ、日本人は少ないそうです。 【部屋の施設】 水上デラックスビラに宿泊しましたが、非常に快適でした。また、各部屋が離れていますので、他の部屋の騒音が気になることもありません。 【その他】 キャンセル不可で予約したものの、諸事情により日程を変更することになりました。キャンセル料が全額発生すると思ったのですが、ハイダウェイは柔軟に応じて下さり、そのまま日程をスライドさせて宿泊することができました。
空間、環境、部屋、スタッフなど、どれを取っても最高でした。唯一はオールインクルーシブではなかったので、食事価格が高かったことですかね。でも、それを凌駕する最高の環境と癒しが待ってます！何より、このリゾートを利用する方が来るための水上飛行機が離発着する1日数回以外は機械音は一切しないです。この環境が本当に最高です。

Las habitaciones son impresionantes. El lugar es paradisíaco. Se fomenta la privacidad. Por ponerle un pero, la comida es carisma y si no te atiende Christophe el chef, la calidad es regular. El Chef ha estado en Ca'n Roca. Volveremos seguro.
الفندق كان جميل لكن جعلوا رحلتنا متأخره من الجزيرة لمطار المالديف الدولي وتسببوا في تأخرنا على الرحله الى دولة اخرى وتسببوا بمشاكل لنا
الخدمة الممتازة لكن يعيب عليهم اسعار الأكل عالية جداًلا تناسب جودة الأكل الموجود وتنوعه
