Guest must leave by exactly 12noon (check out time) Commencement of stay in the unit is equivalent to acceptance of the Rules and Regulations implemented by the owner. Tenants and guests bear full material and legal responsibility for any loss or damage of appliances and other items in the unit. The tenants or guests should immediately notify the owner of any loss, damage or destruction of any item as soon as possible after it is identified. Room heaters, electric irons and other similar devices which are not a part of the unit equipment are not allowed to be used inside the room due to fire safety concerns. Cigarettes, candles, incense, essential oils are prohibited. These items and activities will be treated as smoking with a fine accessed. Cigarette smoking is allowed only in the balcony, provided that you use ash tray for the cigarette butt and ash. Cigarette smoking inside the property shall be subject to a fine of P1,000.00. Any firearm or weapon is prohibited inside the unit. In-room parties are strictly prohibited. Pets are not allowed in the unit. See to it that the doors are properly locked whenever the tenants and guests leave. Tenants and guests are allowed to cook. Kitchen tools and equipment are provided. Any items left behind by the Guest in the unit, shall be returned on request at his/her expense. In the event of breach of these Rules and Regulations, the owner may refuse to provide further services to the person who breaches them. Such a person is obligated to immediately comply with the demands of the owner, pay the amounts due for the services provided so far, pay for damages, if any, and leave the unit.
