住了四晚，房间炒鸡好炒鸡大。全程最满意的酒店。地方在市中心，楼下就有很多可逛的地方。离central两站电车，也方便。洗漱用品都是rituals的。体验超好，性价比超高。

市中心位置很棒，后门就是皇宫，酒店建筑很有特色，前身为荷兰皇家银行金库，现在金库改装成了地下会议室，最近新开不久设施很好。可以按天租借自行车，因为我就借两个小时，服务员私下免费让我骑走了。有两个服务员在中国住过多年会说一些中文。到海滩不近，骑车子半个多小时。

Very impressive hotel except the fact that a woman staff named Laura was a bit unprofessional in that she advised us to specify that I should tell in advance if I would like a twin bed and almost made me pay twice by mistake. Other than this, everything in the hotel was perfect. Would like to visit here again if I get a chance to.

Everything was wonderful until I stepped on a nail in my room”
you read it right, I stepped on a nail in the room. I was bleeding a lot, I even show hotel staff tissues with all my blood I was way too surprised to encounter this for the first time in my life. A NAIL on the floor until I told the hotel staff to remove it with a plier. The nail is almost 5 cm!!!!! IT IS CRAZY! The hotel location and decoration are really with high quality anyway.

The hotel is located in the heart of the shopping district and surrounded by many restaurants - very tourist friendly. The hotel can definitely improve their cleanliness - the trash can wasn't cleaned when we checked in.

Heerlijk weekendje Den Haag gehad”
Prachtige locatie, tegenover het Paleis. Mooi moderne en schone kamers. En echt een geweldig pand. Alleen jammer dat je geen roomservice kon bestellen. Dit had volgens het hotel te maken met personeelstekort. Er was dus ook geen lunch of diner, alleen ontbijt. Ik begrijp dat corona het de horeca in deze tijden niet makkelijk maakt, maar wees creatief. Er zijn tal van (goede) restaurants die aan take away doen. Sluit daar als hotel dan een deal mee of heb in ieder geval een lijstje klaar liggen met restaurants wat ja aanraad om af te halen/bestellen. Kleine greep van geweldige restaurants in Den Haag waarbij je sowieso al take away kan doen: Restaurant 6&24, Villa Coucou, Portfolio en Restobart N. Liggen zelf allemaal binnen 5 minuten lopen van het hotel af. Wees dus wat creatiever! Jullie maken de gasten zo ontzettend blij en je helpt de lokale horeca er mee, WinWin lijkt mij. Het kosten mij zelf 10 minuten om deze restaurants online op te sporen en ik woon niet eens in Den Haag. Maar voor de rest een geweldig verblijf gehad. Wij komen zeker terug!

Goede locatie, hoewel kleine maar wel schone kamers, heerlijk ontbijt. Alleen weer zonde om bij het inchecken allerlei formulieren te moeten invullen.
