There was a miscommunication when I arrived at the property, but they handled it very well. The property was closed because they're going to renovate the building and they moved my booking to Hotel The Match, under the same owner. Somehow I didn't get the email but the receptionist explained and showed the address of new hotel which is located nearby current property. Both property are located at the city centre and surrounded by many bar and restaurants. When we stayed at Hotel The Match, it is a new-constructed building with industrial theme. The room is spacious, super clean and well-decorated. The staff are friendly and they have system to make it easier for checking in and out. It was well-spent weekend at the property. Surely will return there someday

Daughters weekend away”
I booked this hotel for my two daughters who were heading away for a competition in Eindhoven. Upon their return to Ireland they could not speak highly enough about the place. Firstly the room, it was way more than they expected for the price I paid. Secondly the staff, they could not be friendlier. My daughters were using public transport to get around and found buses etc in very close proximity to the hotel. They definitely would go back

Nice, centrally located hotel”
Our room was clean and comfortable. The hotel is centrally located, you can reach mostly everything in the centre of Eindhoven on foot. The staff was nice and friendly.

Shower, Bathroom, Bed, cleanliness, all 10/10. One small criticism...considering the beds are obviously very high quality, better pillows would be nice. But still would not hesitate to recommend

For the Dutch standards this is the best cheaper and good hotel into a city like Eindhoven. Not so clean for the Italian standards:we find a pair of socks under the bed and a hair on the pillow and the fitted parquet was not so clean..BUT we know the standards of the maximum number of dutch hotels so what we find in not so terrible as others places we went. The room for 4 persons we booked was really big and I advice this hotel.

The hotel is near to the station, very convenient. However the room smells of smoke even if we requested a non-smoking room. There's no shower curtain and be aware of flooding the toilet.

No high expectations”
When I got my room, the trash bin was half full from the previous guest, the hair dryer had sticky spots on the handle. On weekends noisy untill late. The location is not bad, is in the city.

Stupid”
If you want to see that, you are welcomed: in a Hotel, The water is cut at 8 in the morning, it was planned before, but nobody informed you, and NOBODY can informe you when there is water. The answer, it's like that, we can do nothing!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Best value for money”
My stay was great. I have had the chance to check in early in the morning as there was a room ready. The room is spacious and clean, nice beds and quiet, great for a good rest. The hotel is close to the central station, and city center. The staff was great. They helped me to get a taxi at last minute to get to the airport and offered free coffee and tea. I'd book again.

Good location but expensive for what you get”
The location is great - a short walk to the "shopping" and central area of Eindhoven. Next door there are two bars with drinks and food. There's also a parking lot just across which was convenient. The rate for our 1-night booking was above average. We were told we got a room upgrade but the room was cold (the staff was kind enough to bring in a small electrical heater), there was no door to the bathroom, and the AC wasn't working at all.

Rooms are spacious, nice looking, with quality materials, just a little older... Chandelier looks fantastic when turned lights on! Receptionists are great. Less then 3min from center and main station.
