The room is very small and it does not have a cupboard for our clothes.”
The location is good, near Meguro station and Meguro river. However the room is very small.

The location of the hotel is great and near the Meguro station. Places to eat and a convenience store is near. The hotel is a little pricey for the small size of room like a business hotel, but did offer a little larger size room. Was a nice stay there...

Would Stay Again”
The hotel is in a very good location. It is about a 3 minute walk from the Meguro Station and Shibuya, Harajuku, and Shinjuku are easily accessible by the Yamanote line. The neighborhood itself has several cafes and bars. The hotel room was small but had all of the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The staff was friendly and the facilities were well maintained and clean.

Convenient location, staff was very strict that they did not allow for extra bed since we are only 5. They charged as for another room and told us the rate is cheaper if we book there instead from agoda. It was really a weird experience.
Great pick up service, great breakfast and dinner.”

Clean Room, Great Location:”
Location, Location, Location.
But seriously this is a very clean, and efficient hotel in Tokyo. It's proximity to the Meguro Station and Yamanonte Line make it a great option to other more costly areas. There is no food at the hotel however there are a number of restaurants in walking distance and it is right next door to a starbucks for that morning cup of coffee.
The rooms are small, so if you are two people you should be very close. However I have stayed all over Tokyo and unless you pay a premium you will likely get a small room for your dollar. If you are working of visiting everything is just a train ride away, the staff is very helpful and courteous and there were English speakers available during my stays here. This is my third stay at this hotel so I can recommend it on good faith, I am privy to Mandarin Oriental and Park Hyatt (of movie fame) and if you want a luxurious stay this is not it, but if you want to use those extra hundreds/thousands for a few more days in Japan this is good alternative.
Airport access, mostly - take the Keikyu line from the airport (Haneda) to Shinagawa then the Yamanonte line to Meguro Station. Optionally use Uber it's a decent value for the money here. Hope this review helps someone!
