Style is great mix of old Thai and some vintage bits and pieces. Staff are super friendly, nothing is too much trouble. Free bikes to get around, we enjoyed getting to see a lot of the stunning Wats nearby. Breakfast was great. On asked about our travelling plans when checking out we were even given a lift to the bus depot. Highly recommend this place.

Lovely place but noisy”

The place is very charming and the stuff very friendly. But it is located on the main road so it's noisy from the traffic. The beds are very hard. The house is very beautiful.

Minutes from the airport, nicely situated part of Nan, close to shops and night market that is the best. The staff are excellent friendly and go out of their way to help. Highly recommend.

Location is far from everything, room is very old, refrigerator doesn’t work, toilet very dark... if u like ghost house, you would love this place. The breakfast are just toast and rice soup... For the pricing... I guess they are charging double than the market price for this level of rooms.

One night in Nan.”

Hotel is located just out side of town by about 1.5 kilometres, it’s a mix of old style Thai and new loft living with concrete walls and industrial style electric wiring. Bedroom was clean and the beds soft, breakfast was good, not extensive and Thai. Staff were good with a little English. Overall a good stay.

Great service, thin wall, poor value for money”

Love the environment of the hotel, but because it's located right on the road the noise from the road can be loud at night. The wall is so thin that we were woken up from the neighbor talking at 5 am. The room is cold in the winter with poor insulation, and needs proper winter gear to keep yourself warm in the room. On the plus side, the bed, breakfast, and the service is amazing. Although the room is small, it gives a cozy feeling. The bed is comfortable. The breakfast is very Thai heavy. Not a big spread but very delicious. The service is very friendly and homely

Basic emergency stay only”

Small hotel near NakkonNan airport. We're their only customers. Rooms was small and TV takes a few minutes to reboot. There are two separate place for faucet and shower+toilet. Breakfast was adequate consisting of Chinese style rice soup or American or breakfast. There are toast with jam and coffee or tea. Overall ok place for a one day stay while you wait for the next plane out.

Value for money traditional styled hotel”

I stayed here 3D 2N during long weekend in Thailand. The room is nice, staff is friendly, overall facilities are good except breakfast - less choices and not enough for the guest e.g. thai sweet (probably affected from full guests checked in). So the next morning, i went to taste the local breakfast in town instead. The hotel location is a bit far away from the city about 5-10 mins driving.

Friendly Place”

We stayed in December 2015, the owner was extreamly helpful. They do have great coffee shop as well as a nice quiet lounge above the lobby. We stayed in standard room, which was a little dark, but very clean with coffee shower gel and shampoo, which was a bit of a novelty. Try the Thai massage next door, it's worth the money and the wait.
