Restaurant, cleanliness, and bed is very comfortable.
It was fun during my stay until I checked out. One of the receptionist (guy) doesn't really know what he is doing and it is not friendly at all. He doesn't know about Agoda and did not take credit of Agoda or lack of understand about Agoda booking. I was stucked on the reception for 2.5 hours from 11:30 AM to 2 PM. They are trying to figure out how did I reserve/pay the hotel using Agoda and the guy is not nice still trying to defend that he is right inspite of showing him the receipts, bookings, print outs from Agoda. I am suggesting to the management that these receptionists should be trained to meet the 4 or 5 star hotel status. With his/their attitude I rate this hotel at 3 stars.
