I spent 2 nights there! Enjoyed the quite but convenient neighbourhood, 3 min from the subway. Many good restaurants and cafes in its 12-min walking radius. I particularly liked the social hour during 5:30-6:30pm every day (free wine & beer!!!!). I was able to have some ‘detoxing’ hours with a book & off my phone and yet have mingled with some of their lovely staff outdoor listening to its fountain . The room was neat and tidy! I was greeted by cleaners with their handwritten words in the welcoming cards. I just wished there was a swimming pool and a bigger gym. That would make it a 5-star for sure!

A bit pricy, would’ve expected more”
1. The washroom isn’t clean enough as I could still find hairs from previous guests. 2. The bathtub turns yellowish and starts to have some black dots on it. 3. Mini bar isn’t complimentary 4. Good to have “forget-to-bring” list, but didn’t use it
Adorable room, friendly staff”
The room is nicely decorated and they even provided yoga mat in the room. The bed was extremely comfortable. I can tell the bedsheets are of good quality. The staff was so friendly and introduced every details of the room to me. It's a bit pricey compared with other hotels in the Dong Qu, but I don't mind coming back again.
it is an amazing experience with Kimpton, not only becoz of its simple but stylish decoration, the most important is the staff hospitality. We were welcomed by the reception for checking in service and since there was social gathering session at lobby, we were served by house wine and snacks. staff also showed us where to eat, and where to hang out around the hotel. It is a marvelous stay and although we don’t really like the Colour of the tiles, we still enjoy the service very much.
Staff are very helpful to introduce eateries around Kimpton by making a handy leaflet.”

Staff was horrible and unaccomodating”
Had to encounter rude staff being very difficult about the payment as this was a company booking. Although the booking was paid by credit card in full they were harassing the guest to pay by cash and refused to accept company credit card or bank transfer. They didn't even try to accommodate but were just rude and condescending to the guest. Bad experience, will not recommend or book again.
