Good Location with Good Price”
Overall are good! The lady receptionist are friendly and helpful but can't speak English. She was voluntary to give us a hand when she saw us waiting for taxi outside, she went in the hotel and call the cab for us. Gracious! About 10 minutes walking distance from the Big C and train station. No water bottle, coffee and tea provided.

Stay away”
This hotel is some distance from the main centre as its on the other side of the lake so its quite a walk into Dalat central. My experience with this hotel was dreadful as i had said i wanted a quiet area to sleep and instead got to sleep in a hell hole. The other rooms on the floor were taken up by friends and family of one group and the kids kept knocking on wrong doors (mine in particular) then parents opened doors and shouted between them instead respecting others on the floor. This happened both day and night. Waking up at 6.30 was not planned but thats when they started. I obviously advised staff of this during the day when we all checked in and all i was told was sorry we are fully booked. The noise level was horrendous and though i had a bad experience the fact was nothing was done to make this better for me.

Good bed, but no windows and a bit dirty”
Well lots of rooms have no windows here. Reckon with that. The city centre is also a 20 minute walk so better rent a motorbike or bike for that. Rooms are big enough but need to be a bit more cleaner.

Compassionate Hospitality”
Most good hotels like the Hotel Lein Huong get the basics right. And staying in them feels OK. But there’s something special about this place. Here's what I mean… I’d traveled from Saigon, feeling very unwell…in unfamiliar territory, feeling a bit adrift, pretty wheels wobbly. At Hotel Lien Huong, when I asked for directions to a doctor, their English speaking receptionist Hanh, dropped everything and insisted she take me to the Hoan My Dalat Hospital. Throughout the afternoon, she liaised with the medical professionals, got the medicines that were prescribed, and handled all the paperwork including payment. She did all the heavy lifting; cheerfully, competently, courteously and it took 3-4 hours out of her day. Can you imagine the relief I felt when Hanh stepped up like this? The worry subsides, you can relax. Sure, you still feel crook, but the stress vanishes. Dr Phan Nguyen Thao and the nurses were terrific too. Very impressed. Even after I had checked out, Hanh provided me with her contact info in case I needed any further assistance. That’s genuine and compassionate care. So it shouldn't surprise you when I say that Hanh is a great credit and asset to the hotel and a shining exemplar of providing hospitality and assistance to a stranger in need. She did so with great courtesy, care, and competence. It was a truly remarkable and wonderfully nurturing experience that came with a valuable upside. One of the benefits of travel is that it can change you. This experience has inspired me to try harder to be as gracious, compassionate, and genuinely helpful in my dealings with others as these wonderful people were with me. I am very grateful for the stellar example Hanh has set. Cảm ơn nhiều.

Ưu điểm: vị trí thuận lợi, gàn tt tp Nhược điểm: Phòng nhỏ, xấu ko như hình chụp Giá cao so với phòng Sát bên đang xây dựng nên rất ồn ào, ko thể nào ngủ nghỉ ban ngày chút nào Phòng cho khe hở bên trên( phòng nào cũng có) nên bên ngoài ai làm gì cũng ồn vào trong phòng, khá bất tiện cho ai cần sự yên tĩnh Ks này chỉ đúng với 1 sao, ko xứng với giá tiền 2 sao
