I booked my room via Agoda where the hotel is listed, but evidently the hotel is not part of the Agoda system and never received my reservation. Fortunately there was a room available for me. I paid for the room a second time, and now Agoda will refund my credit card payment when I send a copy of the receipt from the hotel, which is an unwanted hassle. NOT a complaint about the hotel, but I now lack confidence in the Agoda system that I have used successfully before. I could have been on the street without a room.
