    Exceptional”

    Location is very convenient, close to main roads and downtown. Gaparuvu restaurant is very nice for breakfast (could open earlier though).

    I liked the breakfast and location.
    1. There is no electrical outlet near the bed. 2. Very hot room with no possibility of adjusting the air conditioning. 3. Shower box too small. 4. Low quality of shampoo and conditioner.

    Loved it!!!”

    The staff was very kind and remembered me when I came to their restaurant for breakfast and dinner. I was treated with generosity and with fantastic attentiveness. Will absolutely stay here again!

    Not perfect, but very decent value for the money.”

    Great location, reasonable room prices, very decent bed, shower and Internet. The absence of carpet (tiles instead) help to improve cleanliness feeling. The staff helped us to arrange a private meeting.
    Breakfast and parking prices are a bit excessive, considering the available nearby options. We had to ask for missing towels everyday.

    Good hotel, but only if you need to stay in that part of town”

    Overall experience was good, good gym and wide choice for breakfast.
    location is the waeak point, the hotel is close to nowhere, so if you expect to enjoy nightlife choose another location.

    Cleaning is complete out of standards of any other Accor Hotel I have stayed before !”

    Personnel at reception is friendly. Breakfast is good. Bed is good. Size of room is good. Bed sheets, pillow and blanket are good.
    The floor in porcelain is not acceptable for a convention hotel. The room is very dirty, specially the shower and bathroom cleaning is completely out of standard (really dirty!)

    These days the hotel is under maintenance, rebuilding the lobby and restaurant. But I understand, when the construction ends, the hotel will be better.

    Excelentes habitaciones. Muy buena la piscina climatizada. A mejorar,poca la variedad en el desayuno.

    El servicio al cuarto era muy bueno y la comida, el trato del personal tambien muy amables menos una mujer llamada Silvia, muy insolente.
    Me pidieron que pague toda la estadia por adelantado, cuando en booking decia que era sin adelanto y luego cada dia tenia que bajar porque no funcionaba mi llave de la puerta, el desayuno al cuarto era muy caro. Y esta mujer Silvia creo que era el nombre, de tes morenay ojos verdes una insolente.
