The unit comes with 2 internet accounts (one is for back up) we recommend using the PLDT one which is FIBER and its faster. The PLDT router is placed by the sofa in the living room (the one with green lights) the network name and WiFi password is written at the bottom of the router.

For a smooth check in please let us know your estimated time of arrival. Smoke Only in the balcony, the room has smoke detectors Please avoid loud noise, this is a residential building. Garbage to be placed in the garbage facility next to the emergency exit.

The only good about this room is it's big and spacious. Staff and owner are not accommodating and very unfriendly. The owner doesn't respond if not too late. I booked 8 people but only got 6 towels and 5 blankets. There's available comforter inside the cabinet but they stink, smelled sweat and dust. There were also nothing to use like soap, shampoo like most rented apartment. The next day, 3 of us got allergic rhinitis bec of the dusty sheets/ bed/ aircon, i don't know, it's been 5 days and i still have itchy throat and runny nose bec of that place. I really regretted to stay in this place!
such a lier. You booked s adults and no kids. But you sneaked in 2 more people without paying for them and you have the guts to still complain that there is only 6 towels? next time book and pay for 8 people if you want 8 towels. And what is this comment about running nose, are you a doctor? you could have catch a virus anywhere but you blame it on our apartment? you are not very smart person. please dont boom with us again.
