到目前為止真的很好，完全沒有預期房間會這麼大，這麼漂亮。這是我第一次在泗水得到的酒店房間空調是真的冷，不只是風而已😂房間還配有沙發和地毯，顯得更加豪華，城市景觀非常棒，乾淨得很，設施齊全，連洗澡帽都不缺。可惜沒時間去游泳池和酒吧看看。早餐的變化還算不錯，標準的四星酒店，味道也很好。餐廳的設計非常現代，很酷，只是對我來說有點擁擠，因為地方不夠大，還有一個大圓沙發讓感覺有點壓迫，餐食站也設計得很長，取食物的距離遠得很，尤其是藥材那一區。一定會再回到諾富特Samator的😍🥰🫶🏻😇

優點： - 房間乾淨得很。 - 早餐種類多樣，是四星級飯店中最好的早餐，所有食物都很好吃。 - 靠近Rungkut地區的美食、Panjang Jiwo（Ubaya）、Rungkut Madya，直接連接前往機場的高速公路，酒店房間能直接看到Bethany Nginden教堂的景觀。 - 游泳池乾淨。 - 咖啡好喝，房間的空調涼快。 缺點： - 對於帶小孩的家庭要小心，因為插座的位置在底部，對小孩來說有點危險，對於我們帶著小孩的人來說這非常令人擔心，所以在入住期間我們用膠帶封住了插座。 總體評價： 是東部泗水最好的酒店。當然如果再次去泗水，我會再次入住。
最後一刻預訂了這家酒店，價格非常划算（約60萬印尼盾，包括早餐）。房間非常寬敞，且相對較新（新的淋浴、空調控制按鈕等）。枕頭也非常舒適。早餐很棒。自助餐豐富，即使當時酒店並不太多客人，也有多種選擇。不過房間可以稍微清潔和整齊一些，特別是浴室（例如盆子上可見舊污漬）。但總體而言，諾富特是一家非常具性價比的酒店，我不介意在下次來泗水時再來住。

我們和兩個孩子在這家酒店住了多個晚上，預訂了兩個房間，但很遺憾沒有得到連通的房間，這帶來了一些不便，不過我們能理解也許酒店在我們入住期間已經滿了。酒店大廳因為有婚禮和會議而顯得擁擠。禮賓服務非常好，接受了通過Gojek的食物送達，也在我們退房時保管了行李，因為我們的回程航班是晚班，員工表現優秀。可以改進的地方是房間，牆面可以稍微刷新一下，特別是咖啡站附近的牆面，我們看到牆上有飲料的濺痕。沙發也可以進行深層清潔，沙發上有污漬。衛生紙架掉落在牆上。我們很欣賞這家酒店是一家綠色酒店，消除了紙張和塑料產品的使用。總的來說，我們的住宿非常愉快，以後來泗水時一定會再來。

The breakfast menu... wow is very varied starting from Indonesian cuisine, local wisdom dishes from several regions, modern western, Chinese menus are very impressive. from appetizer, pastry to dessert .. all delicious. Meanwhile, the room service menu is quite extensive and very varied. The taste is delicious .. My family and I can't move anywhere else except Novotel Samator .. thank you so much..

We stayed during the Chinese New Year and it was understandably busier. Our breakfast was in a ballroom to accommodate the crowd however they were using round tables which were not effective. Some guests were not willing to share a table eventhough they were a couple or solo. The food was constantly finished and had to wait to be refilled. The eggs station had the longest queue. Everyone was just grabbing anything that were available to eat. We felt pity for the staff. The management should have organised it better since they knew their booking/room occupancy well ahead of time. They could hire extra people, use a square table instead of round tables. The room itself was clean and every staff was helpful.
Pros : clean, nice staff, big bedroom, comfy bed and pillows. Improvement : looking a bit tired around the pool facilities, breakfast is mostly Indonesian which is expected but would expect more international for international brand. Cons : Price, a bit expensive even with facilities that need improvement, not much to do also in the area (no restaurant around, no activities), some items on the menu are not listed correctly (as the mushroom soup which come with chicken), 21% of charges on bills, it's a lot.

hotel is very nice with affordable room rates and room is clean and comfy. staff are very pleasantly courteous. checked in quickly without hassles. did not include breakfast with my room charge as had other plans but will try next time when I visit Surabaya again. overall 8/10 ... welldone!

This place is excellent. Room was spacious, well equipped and comfortable. Food from room service was delicious and not expensive, served quickly by very courteous staff. Breakfast was varied and delicious. Only a short drive from the airport depending on traffic. We've booked to stay twice more in the next few

Novotel Samator is a nice hotel, still considerably new. Despite it's location which is not "city center", but as long as you have car, it's no big deal. Room is clean & big; facilities & amenities are good, and the staffs are kind. Recommended hotel.

Very clean and comfortable. Good size rooms. Nice swimming pool and outside sitting area on the 5th floor with bar serving foods and beverages. Breakfast is very good with both Indonesian and Western food selections. Easy to get taxi. Mini market (Indomaret) close.
