酒店不旧，挺干净的，跟大部分酒店一样不会配拖鞋哦，checkin之后要自己开车到房间门口，小独栋真的很棒啦！ 更重要的是，我们这次离开得太匆忙了，忘了拿羽绒，Burberry风衣，打电话回前台马上响应；以及我们有一台OPPO手机滑到了床底没带走，一度以为不见了，工作人员很耐心帮忙找了好几遍终于发现了它，打电话给我的时候真的太激动了（还以为这趟旅行要超级贵了）！态度超好，太感激了！！

地點方便近超市餐廳，10分鐘去到牧羊人教堂，家庭房2層，地下2房，樓上超大廳及廚房，廚房設備滿意，有浴缸企浴，免費車位，但當日使用洗衣機，但中途故障，衣服濕透不能乾，服務員未能解決，對些不太滿意。

We apologies for the shortcoming you had to suffer with the washing machine. Our team always endeavors to make the stay of the guest as comfortable as possible. Unfortunately our maintenance team only works during day time & the washing machine was fixed the next day. We also have guest laundry in house which the guests can use free of charge from 9am to 9pm. We appreciate your feedback surrounding the limited Wi-Fi, as your recent visit would have demonstrated we are in a relatively remote location as such we do not have the availability of ultra-fast for fibre broad band. Our alternative is a satellite based solution that provides solid and stable bandwidths but is unfortunately limited. Whilst we would ultimately prefer to provide complimentary Wi-Fi to all guests to meet expectations we do need to consider the 300+ guests we have on site daily and the relevant usage that would invite, assuming an unmetered allocation was provided. So apologies from the Bluewater team that your internet expectations were not met and I hope the above goes at least a little way to help explain the background to our current systems. 設備新穎且空間大，我們住的是一二樓。一樓只有一個房間與衛浴設備，二樓則有客廳、廚房與一個雙人沙發床。由於一樓房間太小，多數行李都得扛到二樓，隔天離開時再扛下一樓，頗不方便。另二樓有明顯的魚腥味，像是鮪魚或鮭魚的味道，可能是前房客離開前在廚房煎魚吧！？

Kia Ora Minghui, It was disappointing to hear the room you were provided failed to meet your expectations,I note your reservation was for one of our 1 Bedroom Mountain View Villa which we take great care to advertise the size & nature of the units, which we believe provide exceptional value for money for travelers looking to spend the bulk of their stay exploring the lovely Mackenzie region. After arriving at the hotel, depending on the property occupancy, we are sometimes able to offer upgrade options. These upgrade options for larger room types incur additional fees as would happen in most all hotels. Before arriving at the hotel and at the time of reserving the room type, we usually have a number of additional room types available which present different options for travelers and would encourage you to select an alternate room type should you be considering a return to Peppers Bluewater Resort.

房間很大、位置也是可以的。 一樓房間比較細、二樓的廳和廚房就很大。房間也沒有電視。如果互換會比較好。 另外WiFi 還只有500MB 是免費的。 。。房間的廚房用具是還沒有洗乾淨的。性價比不算很高。

當天check in 時間是2點後入住, 單卻告知房間還沒有好, 需要等待, 結果現場一等待就是一小時, 帶著小孩等待很放費時間跟痛苦, 等了一個多小時終於入住, 請潔人員感覺很不足導致, 希望後續客人不要再發生. 很掃興!!

是此次旅行中最高價的住宿。房間是兩層樓設計，裝潢很棒，廚房是火爐設計（好用），旅館前面就是美麗的湖，離教堂跟鬧區很近。不過住宿區內除了小鴨之外，另有不少黑色的雞走來走去，覺得有點可怕，所以以後不會再選擇住這裡。
