酒店地理位置不错，离SANDTON很近，走路五分钟就到，到地铁口要十分钟，客房干净，花园环境不错，有个泳池不是很大，早餐选择一般，每天都是同样的东西，缺乏变化。

太差的服务”
请求早上4点的叫醒，没有叫，差点误了航班。前台服务动作慢。还有我提前一天请求退房，一定多收了一天的房费。我的另外定的两个房间，到现在还没有弄完：无缘无故多收了我说是什么房价要上涨的价格，同时，提前离店后的后面的退款到现在也没有确认。太多的问题，太差的服务。

该酒店非常适合商务人士入住，酒店有餐厅、游泳池、很多大树，可以在树下谈事，再来杯啤酒，很爽的感觉，而且离约翰内斯堡的Sandton会议中心很近，比较安全

这个区域相对来说白人比较多，比较安全，而且酒店离购物的地方也很近，附近就有超市，大型会议都可以在附近举行，附近也有小商品市场，不过离中餐馆较远，吃顿中餐不是很方便

We procrastinated between this hotel and another one for ages but definitely made the wrong choice in the end. Being the only sunny warm day of the week, we wanted to spend the day by the pool having a few drinks but there were no pool chairs by the first pool, and the whole pool was covered in shade. The second pool was tiny and only had a few loungers which were all taken, and there was no bar service. We ended up instead sitting on chairs by the bar, no areas with any summer sun. The Bull Run for supper was a huge disappointment… we waited for about ten minutes with no one coming to seat us. We ordered the burger special which clearly states topped with cheese and served with a lager, neither of which arrived. We told a waiter who just never came back after that. The manager came to check on us and we told him. He insisted there was no cheese on the special even after we showed him the image. We left so disappointed by the service and food. I used to LOVE the Bull Run but couldn’t believe how bad it’s become the since a few years ago. We asked the hotel reception for a fan to sleep with for the mosquitos, as the aircon wasn’t doing anything to deter them, no fan. The pillows were so unbelievable uncomfortable, raised so high and so hard that neither of us slept well all night. I ended up using my jersey as a pillow and woke up with a sore neck. Worst hotel stay I’ve ever experienced.

Great option for a 2-3 day low budget stay. The location is excellent. Great for expats. However any hotel is only as good as it’s least friendly staff member. Also, as hotel is currently undergoing renovations/maintenance works, power phone lines and lifts sometimes don’t work.

Their facilities are great, its got beautiful ecstatic's, however services is not so great for the money they charge and they do not welcome you in a way that you feel special, Their building is old and i can never book on my own, the hotel safety is not there anything can happen to you.I wouldnt book on for individual trip, looks like a free for all.
