酒店提供免费停车，房间比较老旧，感觉开了很久了。挨着高速路口，稍微有点吵，不过离环球影城不远。泳池水的颜色是绿色的，估计没有人用。

ROOM ( 2 queens, on San Fernando away from freeway) Pro: remodeled room, hardwood floor, clean. Con: A little small room for 2 queens( we have 2 people. It will be too tight if 4 people), and windows are still back in 60s~70s old single pane. No microwave. Little noisy from Freeway(even with window closed), AC, and bathroom vanity with sink and faucet is outside the bathroom with no door, and the bathroom door hinges make squicky noise when moving. Slide closet doors so big and poor designed that the opening for putting hanging cloths in is small and only 1/3 (~1.5ft wide) FACILITIES Pro: Pool, landscape like tropical/Hawaiian style, pretty clean. Con: Freeway noise is much louder outside but not bothersome if you can ignore it, outside building still look a little back in 60s~70s old single pane windows, paint is a little old. Overall: I would stay hear again for the right price. I think this hotel can be better if replaces all of the old windows, especially change to double pane windows on the rooms that will silence the freeway noise, change to more quiet AC, fix the slide doors to smaller doors, and move the vanity,sink, andfacet into the bathroom.

If I were to make up a story, I would say this was a failing hotel that was purchased by Wyndam and slowly being overhauled. The room we had was sorely (sorely!) in need of gutting. Wallpaper peeling, severely rusting sink, mis-matched cracking tile in the bathroom, a gap between the bath spout and the wall so you could literally see an inch of the pipe in between, cracked switch covers, etc. That being said, as a last minute booking for the price we got it for and the proximity to the Marriott Convention center, I'm perfectly happy with the room and service. It was clean and the beds were comfortable. And, I'm not picky. It's a place to sleep. The biggest negative was-site parking. A real pain because they are renovating and you cannot currently drive all the way around the facility. The lot is a "one-way: lot, but you have to 3-point (or more) to turn around and go back up "up the down elevator" to get out. Not good. Bottom line: a good deal; I'm not picky; I was happy.

Alfredo at check in was very nice and helpful. Pool was good and the hotel is great for Universal Studios Hollywood which is only 15 minutes away. No breakfast but restaurant on facility. Close to I5 interstate and Costco Wal-Mart and Empire Mall.

Alfredo at check-in is very helpful. Nice big rooms. Clean and comfy beds. Pool small but clean. Parking sufficient. WiFi works very well compared to some other hotels in .CA WA and OR we stayed at.
