Quiet location, friendly & helpful staff”
The room design is a bit outdated. The shower and toilet room is separated from the sink while the sink area is huge. The hotel location is next to the Grand Casino and Speights Brewery Tour which is perfect. Staff are very friendly and helpful whenever I have enquiry. Wifi is good.

We stayed here one night. The staff is very friendly, beds and pillows very comfortable, buffet breakfast and cooked to order omelette very good. I’d stay here again if I spent the night in Dunedin.

Absolutely terrible communication. I ended up paying for a extra night even though I rang the day before saying I'd made a error and needed the dates changed . She they would sort it out. But when I arrived , they said I was a NO SHOW for the booking . What the heck.??
