Exceptional Customer Service ”
The hotel is situated in Sheikh Zayed Road and you won’t complain on the location. The staff at the reception are exceptionally polite and very respectful. My flight landed at 5 am and I entered the hotel at around 5:30am. My check in time was at 3 pm but the receptionist got the room ready within an hour when I told him that I had taken a 20 hour long flight to Dubai and I’m extremely tired. Additionally, he didn’t charge a single Dhiram for such act of kindness and hospitality. Kudos to your service team. We have decided to stay at your hotel whenever we come to Dubai. Thanks for making our honeymoon memorable.

I have no comments in this hotel, I received a warm smiling faces to all staff in general, from the parking area, reception counters, food services, room boys etc.... you just name it. The staff in this hotel are more than happy to serve you and help you as much as they can. I really enjoyed a lot staying in Shangri-La in UAE and my children enjoyed more than me. I have 5 remarks: 1- The 2 outdoor showers of the pool must be adjusted. It does not work well. I did remake your work I do not know if they told you. they say yes yes yes but in the end they do not do anything. 2- The pool floor is very dangerous, my daughter slipped and it hurts. Either you change the ceramics by a special ceramics for the swimming pools or you come out with an anti-slip mat. 3- The anti-slip mat also helps not to burn your feet. 4- The umbrellas must be open so that the long chair will not be very hot at the arrival of your customers. 5- We understand that you can not ban smoking at the Pool. But at least prohibited CHICHA that disturbs your customers. Especially children. Hoping that my remarks are a plus for you.

Has a great view of Burj kalifa from room. It has a little kitchen to cook and has a supermarket right across the road. Staffs are friendly and king. Fancy pool on the top of the hotel and one connected to 4th floor with hot pool.

Very big room with kitchen, excellent city view, great breakfast. The restroom was a bit small and we had to make shower inside the bath tub which I don’t prefer. There was no big sofa for child to sleep on so we had to add a extra bed. Other things were fine. I love the fresh flowers display in all shangrla hotels.

I have nothing negative to say about this hotel. Everything was perfect from location, facilitites, size and accessories in the rooms plus the view of our room facing the Burj Khalifa. The staff were also very pleasant and helpful. Made a mistake of booking one day late than our arrival but the staff accommodated us made us wait a few hours but still allowed to checkin earlier than usual 4AM when standard checkout time was 2pm. Breakfast was good not too much variety but still was delectable. Will definitely recommend this place.

Nice hotel prime location but be aware of the charges, asked to have a print out and they charged me 5 dirhams per page (2 dollars a page) and it came in black and white so just stay over there and do not expect much in terms of service. Rooms are nice and clean with a comfy bed.
