Communication is bad. Service is bad too. Trying to ask their help to call to reserve the airport limousine bus but they said they would not do this to customers

For Airport Bus Service,we are very sorry,we dont have these service,
(Detail of how to go to airport, if customer want to go to Narita Airport,no need to reserve sheet, just go to bus stop, and if customer want to go to Haneda airport, there is no limousine bus from Ginza area). Instead of these issue we are always guide to guest for use another transportation.
