服務：前櫃員工懂英文，有禮貌，如不需清潔房間，前櫃員工會主動致電客人需不需要添加日用品（水/垃圾袋/紙巾）。清潔人員有禮貌，會微笑，主動打招呼。 房型：房間是正方型設計，內有兩個設有門且不相連的淋浴間和廁所，洗手盤放在廁所門外，設計上方便兩大一小的客人入住。 交通及便利：酒店位於MRT地鐵Sultthisan站4號出口直走到麥當勞右轉看到family mart就差不多到（全程步行約8分鐘），沿途有24小時日本超市，24小時麥當勞，family mart和7-11。 鄰近的MRT 3號出口更有小市集和lawson。 酒店附設小型停車場（約20車位），迷你日間咖啡店夜間酒吧，酒店外有幾乎24小時的小販車（串燒/水果/飲品/炸物/飯麵），長期有摩托車的士和客車的士。 其他：地鐵站至酒店路途亦有中式餐廳和韓式餐廳，收費停車場。房間有兩腳、三腳插頭和USB插頭。燈光全開不會太光太暗。酒店升降機速度快，需拍房卡才可達至房間樓層。 需注意的是：酒店大門口也就是酒店停車場入口，那是G層，需到咖啡吧旁邊的升降機到L層才是入住前櫃。酒店位於舊城區的中高檔住宅區內，周邊相對平靜，比較適合商務/獨遊/情侶入住，帶有長者或家族遊的應考慮路程。房內淋浴間水壓中等，花灑可取下。電視主要是泰國頻道和一個日本頻道。房間冷氣和燈光是不組獨立系統，並非插入房卡就自動開啟冷氣，必須手動開啟或關閉冷氣。

只能說太讚了~ 該有的設施設備都提供的非常完善，也非常乾淨 唯獨一個問題就是房間內的洗手台、馬桶、淋浴設備，三者是分開的，且淋浴設備的隔間內並沒有可以放衣物等等之類的位置。

每位員工都很貼心，房間也打掃的很乾淨，有免費的水可以自取，還有蝶豆花跟小點心在大廳可以免費使用，早餐也很好吃，只是洗澡水會忽冷忽熱。停車場幫忙叫計程車的員工更是貼心，除了有一位一直叫我們搭他們飯店的私人轎車，私人轎車的司機一直叫我們去一些景點，感覺一直想要賺錢，當天我們要去搭船，還把我們帶到私人的搭船地方，其他都很好！
