Breakfast is disappointing, cleanliness is compromised e.g drinking glass is not clean, plates are not clean, but price for everything very high, hence not a good hotel to recommend

Lovely sea view but not for swimming, pool is quite small. rooms are good well maintained. restaurant food was delicious.

Excellent location but not so good property”
This hotel is located that one of very best location in Mumbai however entrance to this place is very modest and front view is not very good. Rooms size is good and circulation space too is good in room. If you book it select for sea view rooms otherwise you are going to regret booking this property. Room cost are high and food spread is not very attractive and costly when compared to quality, staff is attentive and well mannered. Bathrooms are small and takeaway all excitement of location and other facilities. But lemme ask who charges for wifi these days?? that too is very costly

Hotel is new and so all looks good. It’s closed to Airport tht’s why we stayed there. We didn’t stay for breakfast , only bought some pastery from their little shop.

Internet access should be inclusive in the room rate .. it's absurd to pay extra internet access per day, that isn't even working really well.

Not for you if you demand high servicing standards”
We arrived at the hotel with full enthusiasm at around 3 pm, armed with a mail from Sun and Sand promising us two adjoining rooms. Alas! we were promptly informed that adjoining rooms are not available and then the reception said that they can't do anything since the promise was made by Agoda.On being shown the mail which was very much from Sun and Sand they started investigating whose fault it must have been.All this took approximately 30-40 minutes of wait and then the reception accepted their mistake and said that with 90% assurance they will give us adjoining rooms next day. We did not hear from them during our 3 night stay. Welcome to a vacation!!
There is no concept of evening service hence if you have had coffee or tea in your room they you would stay with the used cups, at the buffet breakfast the Waiters have become experts at walking while not making eye-contact with guests so if you want your plates removed or some tea/coffee then you will have to stand up and wave your hands wildly, the breakfast menu remained the same with minor changes during the three days of our stay, the hotel decided to paint the rooms of one entire floor and the toxic smell of paints and polish permeated to all areas making those who are allergic totally breathless. Thankfully, they took cognisance of my condition and changed my room to a section which had relatively less smell of paint.
considering the great location they have, it's a pity that they pay so little attention to service standards.
