Hotel staff cordial, we stayed for a week, and employees have become good friends. The only drawback is that during the period of our stay, a house built next door. 飯店員工親切，我們住了一週，和員工都成了好朋友。唯一的缺點是我們住宿的期間，飯店隔壁正在蓋房子。

想在新加坡要找到分數較高的旅客滿意度及讓人價格滿意等飯店，應不容易！有免費早餐、游泳池，我認為諾維娜ST公寓的住宿環境絕對獲勝。 交通方面，從樟宜機場站搭乘捷運MRT到諾維站2.08元新幣(交通卡)，再從United Sausre方向緩步，大約1小時即到。其次，外出亦可走到飯店左側旁200公尺內的公車站牌，皆可搭車至重要景點。值得分享是飯店早餐，8成以上都來自歐、美等國家的遊客會在這時間出現，成了小型旅遊研討會樣子！早餐除好吃外，工作人員友善、熱情，且可以用華語、廣東話、英語溝通；他們有空時，也會提供當地旅遊的建議！總之，透過APP網站看到ST諾維娜有空的房型，其價格預算都符合自己需求，即有價格保證，就不要猶豫！

这家酒店是2011下半年新建的，设施很新，房间很干净。工作人员服务热情周到，有免费的早餐和漂亮的泳池。距离novena地铁站走路只需10分钟。地铁站就在novena square,买东西吃饭也很方便

Well located and well maintained”

Me and my family had an excellent stay. Things that stood out were: 1. The location: it connected to an MRT and 4+ different bus stops. You can literally take a ride anywhere in the city. 2. The place was really well maintained. Not a chip or a block out of place. 3. It does itself proud as a botique hotel with a little bit of a personal touch everywhere. From the room amenities to the breakfast (special thanks to the lady who would keep a muffin safe for my baby everyday). Literally couldn't have asked for anything more.

Nice hotel ”

I liked the staff & hotel pool & breakfast. We booked an executive suite for 2 adults & 2 children & it wasn’t big enough to sleep 4. Make sure that you book the superior room if you want children to sleep in mattresses on the floor ne t to the bed. The hotel was clean & staff helpful to relocate us to a bigger room.

Amazing place for a holiday”

Although the apartments were really good ... the staff was the best part of the whole place . They are very friendly and make you very comfortable. Every request is met by exceeding expectations. Location is fantastic The only con is that the bathrooms are small and the wash basin is in the bedroom and not inside the bathroom !

Enjoyable, Good Value for Money and Friendly Staff”

We booked executive room for 2 adults ($200 AUD per night) and 1 child, who stated on a thin fold up mattress (on the floor) for extra $20 SNG per day. Room itself is small, but has everything you need. Was great having a large fridge, microwave and washing machine. Executive room also had a balcony with not much of a view, but nice to give feeling of more space and area to hang your clothes. Location was perfect for ease of using taxis/Grab as more business location, rather than directly in shopping strip.Two shopping centres and the MRT were only approx 500 metres away.Room was cleaned each day (except Sunday-day off) and Janet from housekeeping was very nice and friendly. Didn't use the gym, only used pool once, which was adequate for a cool off. Some features listed here were not in room, (eg slippers, bathrobes, iron & daily newspaper), but I'm sure I only needed to ask. Breakfast & reception staff were lovely and overall we would certainly stay here again. Thank you everyone :)

People make places unforgettable”

I am so glad I chose this place. The facilities are wonderful, they even provide self service laundromat services! The swimming pool is always at a lovely dipping temperature. The breakfast at the garden patio is made to order and always delicious and fulfilling to jumpstart my mornings. The F&B service staff are always friendly and joyful! Thank you Sylvia and Aruni! The walk to Novena metro is only 8 mins away and it is absolutely wonderful to take that green walk, completely surrounded by nature. The room is absolutely divine, everything you need to prepare a lovely dinner is provided. The size of my room is just nice for a couple. This service apartment is perfect for those looking for a friendly and cozy getaway. The melting pot of service staff from front desk to restaurant to room services is the perfect diversity for making this place unforgettable. Coming back soon!

The Best Hotel I've stayed In”

Wonderful, Amazing, Peaceful this is the best hotel I have stayed in. I was a little bit concerned when booking this Boutique Hotel with 2 little children but was pleasantly surprised how child friendly the hotel was and the hotel's staff made our childrens vacations extra special the best in the Business. The hotel is situated near the heart of the city yet it’s on a road which is so peaceful. The MRT is about at 8mins walking distance which is also connected to Square 2 and Velocity Malls, United Square Mall which is great for all things kids related is also close. Location wise you cannot ask for a better place. We booked the Executive One Bedroom which was amazing. The Room is artfully decorated with Modern fixtures and a huge comfy King Bed separate living space with sofa. There’s a small kitchenette with Microwave buitIn an oven, full size fridge and electric stove. All the appliances looked new and worked perfectly. The kitchen comes with every type of cuttlery, pots and pans .The Washing Machine/Dryer was high-end and worked great there was even Washing Liquid and Comferter. The bathroom is a little small but Modren and very clean with a stand in shower. The living space has a very comfy sofa a few tables and an extra TV which was great for the kids. The Balcony is huge for a hotel with chairs and a table to sit and enjoy the weather. The swimming pool area isn’t huge but is very clean and enough because the hotel only has like 38 rooms so it’s not crowded at all. The complimentry breakfast is amazing it’s cook to order so it’s always fresh there is a good selection of fruits, beverages, breads and cereals in the buffet area. You have the option of sitting outside on the patio which makes it even more special. It’s not like other hotels where breakfasts are usually crowded and loud. The best thing about breakfast here is the hospitality of Sylvia Chan who is the HR director. This woman is like sunshine and rainbows she’s is such an amazing person my kids abs

A place to feel at home”

The hotel and the facilities are good. The room is spacious for Singapore standards and has all the things you need (including a small kitchen for some lunch/snacks). The service and staff however make this place AWESOME. We have stayed in quite some high-end resorts and the friendliness of the people in this place is great by all comparisons. Keep up it up and I will recommend this place to others!

Staff is extremely helpful and thoughtful, esp Janet, my housekeeper. The only negative part of my stay was the round-the-clock dripping sound of the water from the toilet. Mentioned this to the staff at check out and apparently they are aware of this problem. I wasn't badly affected since I closed the toilet door at night and the sound wasn't really audible. But this may not be the case for light sleepers. Hopefully, this problem can be rectified.

Great hotel”

We had a great time at this hotel!! They were very accomodating! We arrived at 12:30 but we were able to check in our room. The staff were very helpful and nice. Location was great. Hotel was just a 5 minute walk to the mrt, grocery/ mall. Room was really nice. It was really clean. My only complaint would be that the front desk closes at 8pm. Only security is available during nighttime. I would go back to this place again the next time i visit singapore!

Nice quiet place to stay”

Enjoyed my stay here. It was nice and quiet. Not a lot of people or traffic in the area. Close to shops and train station. Close enough to everything that it was nice and cheap to catch a cab anywhere. Staff are super helpful and friendly and was greeted as a regular after just 1 day there. Only downside is that it’s a serviced apartment, so that means it’s a min 6 day stay. Not their fault though. Will stay here again next time I’m in Singapore.

Awesome Apartment”

The A1 place to stay in Singapore! Forest by Wangz is a relaxing choice for your holiday in Singapore. We were looked after by the wonderful team at the Forest by Wangz for 12 days. A huge thank you to JR, Mackey and Ivan on the front desk who were always so helpful with everything we needed. Thank you also to Sylvia, Arumi and the wonderful chef greeted us each morning with their cheery smiles and made sure we had delicious food to start our day, and to Siti who cleaned our room spotlessly every day (with the exception of Sundays which was their well earned day off!) FBW is well situated, a few minutes walk to Novena MRT and a couple of shopping malls with food outlets. Newton Food Centre is a train sop away, use exit B, and Orchard 2 stops away. The rooms are comfortable, we loved our balcony with the overhead fan to relax in the evening, or alternately up on the rooftop. An apartment allows us a bit more space with a lounge andkitchen area. My daughter loved the pool for a cool off.

The Forest is a nicely presented modern apartment hotel, the staff are friendly and helpful, the rooms are clean with a lovely big kingsize bed and free wifi, the breakfast is excellent, the swimming pool an absolute blessing after a hot day of sightseeing, the roof top terrace is also a nice place to unwind after a day of leisure as well, with the Novena MRT station only 600 metres away and bustops even closer there is an array of public transport options to get you to all parts of Singapore to see all the main attractions , Novena square shopping mall located above MRT has a great range of shops and good dinning options as does the adjacent United Square mall, 24 hour medical centres and a hospital emergency dept are within 500 metres of this hotel as well, The Forrest overall is a relaxing complex in what we found to be a surprisingly good location and would not hesitate to recommend to couples, small families and business people

Very friendly staff,beautiful staff who run the daily buffet breakfast.hotel rooms are very clean and great proximity to shopping centres and train station is a 5 minute walk.I will definitely stay here on my next visit back to Singapore.
