Pies at the on site bakery were amazing! Would love to go back.

OK, first off, this place is showing its age. However, we got our money's worth. We had a 2 BR apartment, and cooked most of our meals, saving on eating out. It is also a great location, we walked to grocery, to the Indian restaurant across the street, up to the starting point for the luge rides, and also just across the street and some buildings to the waterfront. Heavenly location!

One of the best location in Queenstown”
Location in Queenstown is without peer, near mall street , Fergburger, restaurants and the station.

Great location! Just next to everything!
However, the maintenance can be improved.
Kitchen utensils are not very clean, the oven tray and mesh still have grease on them.
One plate was cracked.
Overall, a conveniently located but a little out dated and not properly maintained.

Over a period of 2 weeks we stayed 3 separate nights at The Lofts Apartments. The location is ideal as it is within easy walking distance of Ultimate Hikes pick up point, as well as close to centre of town for shopping, restaurants, etc. Each apartment had all we needed for short stays - basic kitchen, washer and dryer, good beds. There is some off street parking available for $15 per day. In need of some updating but in fact they are currently undergoing some refurbishment so it will be interesting to see what they are like next time we visit fabulous Queenstown.

We found The Lofts the perfect place to stay. Central to everything in town, clean tidy. A couple of things not quite right in room but once told the staff didday they would be looked into. Staff need to work on their people skills otherwise they were fine would stay again

This is the most disappointing accommodation we ever had. The room that we got was absolutely too expensive and we were all disappointed and unhappy. It's not worth for the price we've paid.
So I went back to the counter. Told the receptionist, that we are all disappointed and unhappy of the room. For the price that we've paid, it's way too expensive and not worth at all.
They quickly gave us another room which is lot lot better. But, still for the price that we've paid still did not meet our satisfaction. The hot water was not even warm. The beds made us itch. We paid the carpark. On the first night we park just infront of the reception and I questioned about it. For us, it was only for dropping off and picking up and not a proper car park. He said, we will always get a space reserved for us, but when we came back, no space for our car. So, once again one of us has to ask why. Then they gave us a swipe card for a proper carpark behind the building which is a lot lot safer and easier to go out. We all felt robbed and treated unfairly.
Luckily, when it rained of snow, we got the proper car park we deserved. Otherwise, we would have been in so much trouble on how to get rid of the snow from the car and drive on their narrow icy driveway . I hope they would'nt charge us extra for the room. Thank you
