我報名參加了一個為期四天的瑜伽靜修，包含兩頓飯、瑜伽和水療護理。食物非常美味！房間乾淨，瑜伽教學非常棒。我迫不及待想要回去！
整體來說，這家酒店很漂亮。游泳池和景色非常出色。不過，他們把我放在了202房間……我想這一層只有幾個房間。那裡實在是糟糕透了。牆壁因空調漏水，走廊總是濕濕的。而且我發現我的房間就在員工“聚會”的地方旁邊，所以整晚都能聽到不斷的交談聲。我還發現附近有一個維修小儲藏室，見圖片。每10分鐘就有什麼人在我房間旁邊敲打聲，太糟糕了。雖然房間的景色不錯，但我根本無法在這持續的噪音中入睡。另外，有一件小事但真的讓人很煩——他們在房間裡放了一些信息，比如星期一的活動，星期二的活動等等，但有幾天的信息是重複的，還漏了一些（我想是語言障礙）這本不算大事，但還有一份計劃停電的通知……而那個日期比我入住的日期晚幾天，所以我沒有太在意。結果在我入住期間停電了，我非常不高興，因為他們的通知日期是錯的。然後當我查看通知的時候，時間也錯了。所以我有4個小時沒有電。另外，食物也只是一般，價格過高。 而且地點——沒有人在那裡。你還在山頂上，所以非常隱蔽——如果你在尋找這種環境，那很好。但老實說，完全沒有其他人讓我感到毛骨悚然。我在那裡待了兩天後就準備逃跑了。
酒店美麗，接待客廳非常寬敞，環境優美，有一個泳池，十分漂亮。早餐地點向著海岸，非常美麗。不過因為陽光關係，窗簾經常落下，只能看到較近的地方，比較可惜。食早餐地點非常舒適優雅但早餐款式很小，而且食物不是太熱。 服務員態度非常好，有一次下雨，他們還拿傘子走出來車旁邊等我們。 房間內浴缸去水比較慢，其他一切非常好，還有焗爐和多士爐。在1房間已經能夠看到日出。
酒店很美。也要尊重工作人員！你們做得很好！食物很棒，餐廳也非常好！游泳池很漂亮，但景色實在是太驚人了！ 我們也很喜歡這棟建築的建築風格。讓人想要探索！

This place is up on a hill facing east. They offer sunrise yoga at 5:45 am and you can do yoga while watching the sun comes up. Apart from that, they have yoga classes twice a day in the most well equipped and clean yoga studio. Staff are friendly and helpful. We are planning to come back soon.
農曆新年假期前往入住，原本在Agoda網站訂購了兩間行政開放式客房，但入住當天他們說只能提供一間給我們，然後再安排兩間雙人房作為替代。 酒店的環境衛生一般，容易在當眼處發現灰塵，而且浴室的水壓很弱，水溫也不穩定，時冷時熱。另外提供的毛巾也感覺不乾淨，看起來是灰色的。 早餐只有吐司炒蛋香腸等基本菜式，但咖啡卻意外地好喝，是用即磨咖啡機。 整體來說酒店的環境其實是很漂亮寧靜的，我們是自駕遊，酒店有停車場提供不會另外收費，但是對於不是自駕遊的旅客來說應該較為偏僻。
美麗的地方，服務非常好，一切都很完美。從走進酒店到離開酒店的服務都很好。

booked a 80+ sqm meter room. actual room did not meet booked, a new room offered by hotel was at most 30 sqm. Despite numerous attempts to contact the hotel to settle, this failed. Big thumbs up to AGODA for finally stepping in and compensating me where the hotel did not.

I really enjoyed my stay here at Hilltop Wellness Resort. There wasn’t many guests, so I was treated VIP. I had the swimming pool, and breakfast dining area all to myself. I like the free shuttle to Chillva Night Maket, and Sunday Night Market.
I would never book this hotel again. The elevator situation is an inconvenience. I was not a fan of this hotel, it doesn't look like the photos. Staff was amazing though.
The property is quite beautiful and located at a good distance from the downtown. We really enjoyed the view from the Executive Studio and the pool but the staff at the reception is very inconsiderate so much so that they can refuse even to serve drinking water and would make you wait even after the check-in time i.e. 2:00 PM despite repeated request for early check-in after a long journey. We were quite disappointed the way we were treated , the receptionist was eating snacks, goodies all along but refused to serve even drinking water. If you go to the counter they just blatantly ignore, this was our first booking for the whole trip and quite frankly it was a horrible experience to begin. Also, the cleaniness is not to the point, we flipped the pillow and were shocked to see the backside was quite dirty. I would not recommend this property because of staff’s inconsiderate behaviour!!
Could barely get toilet paper, towels or instant coffee out this place. Went to the restaurant since no packet of instant coffee was left by the supposed cleaning. crew. The manager was rude and sent her young waiter to watch me get coffee and demanded I leave and speak to the manager. As if I was going to steal a cup of coffee. Place was empty!!! Coffee machine was clearly available for patrons. Don’t recommend this place.

The large balcony room was great. Bedroom tv (large) included Netflix app. Pool view but “hilltop” means a lot more than just the pool. Nice restaurant indoor and outdoor although small portions. Overall 4.5!

Not 4-star hotel. Firm 3 stars, not more. Remote location. Maybe ideal for retreat, but not for active holidays. Car is needed. Tried to charge several times for already pre-paid breakfast. Will not recommend to families with children.

We had a marvellous stay. The view from the Infinity pool to the Plearn restaurant is superb and food is great. Staff is warm and polite. Convenient with hotel shuttle to bring you out to the Old Town or to the Central Mall. The excursions is a delight, enjoy them tremendously !!
The hotel is on a hilltop so it is bot accessible to transportation.
Big room but accesories not working

Views are great and that’s it. Far away. Staff cannot speak English not read Thai so there is no way to communicate and book tours or taxis, ect. The room was hot and took forever to cool. They knew my arrival time. The fridge (minibar) was not working and so nothing in it. The restaurant served good food but had the smallest ever portions. The “jacuzzi” is nothing more than a bathtub. It took almost an hour to fill it. The AC, aircon, never really cooled the downstairs. This is not a place I would recommend or stay at again.
Thank you very much for your stay with us recently. We do apologize for what have made you feel disappointed but it can be explain each of thing you mentioned. It's far away: If you mean our resort is far away from the beach, then I would say YES but within 20-25 mins to the nearest PATONG beach. Staff cannot speak English and not read Thai: Our receptionist are all Thai but they are able to understand what you have requested and follow up checking the Ferry to Lanta Island which include a taxi to take you to Ratsada pier before your departure. The minibar was not working: The minibar fridge is working normally but Due to Covid 19 we were running low occupancy then minibar have taken out. We are selling some cold drinks at lobby instead. Aircon not cool enough: Our Housekeeping and Engineer tested it together and it works normally. Bathtub took almost a hour to filled up: There are 2 points of the hot and cold tap and normally can open it at same time, 20 mins can fill up.
Of all the places I have stayed at in Phuket this hotel is where I have gotten the best food ever. The restaurant Plearn is absolutely excellent and resaonable priced taking the quality into account. We especially enjoyed sharing one of the sets of thai food which easily made both my very hungry partner and I full. The food is presented and served very nicely. The pool is fantastic with a great view of Phuket Town from the infinity end. We stayed in a standard superior room which has a good size. The huge TV screen is also a plus. I did however miss one ore two more movie channels with original language. The only other minus I can come up with is that the floor in the shower gets very slippery. This review is also affected by the fact that we almost had the hotel to ourselves but it is really an overlooked pearl. I would definately stay here again.
This resort is beautiful, clean and very aesthetically pleasing. Nice, quiet and peaceful leaving to easily enjoy your stay. Make sure to try the restaurant Plearn as it is one of the highlights of our stay. Fine dining Thai experience with quality ingredients at an affordable price point.
