Good value living n a historical home in the heart of Georgetown ”
Nice airy traditional house in Georgetown - the walls between the rooms were not thick sowe can hear everything that’s happening in the room next door. Everyone seemed to be pretty aware of this and it certainly wasn’t a limiting factor for getting good rest and the rooms are spacious and comfy. Common bathrooms are well maintained and kept clean. We’re happy!

Lacking front desk staff”
Great location and lovely old building, but sadly there's much more to be desired. We stayed 3 nights. Except for when we checked in and when we paid, we didn't see a single person on the property. Email communication with the manager was quick and there's a number we could call, but while on vacation we didn't have internet access most of the time and no SIM card, so if emailing was the only mode of communication it could be a problem. When we checked in we found that there were no towels, tooth paste or tooth brushes in the room. We helped ourselves to the clean towels found in the lobby. For 3 days, no one came to clean the room. The worst part, though, came when it rained during the night. Our room was on the first floor, right next to a small walkway covered with a corrugated sheet. When it rained, it sounded like there were 10 people drumming at top speed outside our window. We told the staff we met but clearly it wasn't something that could be remedied straightaway.
