The hotel is very nice and well decorated. It is not so near to public transport except for the tram system, but also not far from other interesting areas.
Room is modern and more spacious, well decorated (although lighting is a bit dark). Amenities are good too.
Staff at the front desk is very efficient and helpful. It is a good hotel for both business and holiday.
Good location but overrated hotel”
Good location near airport express station
No free wifi! Overall satisfactory but a bit loverrated
What you would expect”
Modern, close to public transport options, Nice rooms
Our stay was pleasant. The hotel was clean, modern and convenient to travel to and from the airport. Drawbacks were that the WiFi wasn't included and value for money wasn't as good as a few of the other hotels we stayed at during our holiday.
Room was clean but the location was a little far from metro and will be hard for sightseeing. Okay for business trip
Value for money”
Rooms are clean, value for money and convenient
It was a pleasant stay and I would recommend to solo travelers or couples traveling. I would definitely go back again if I'm visiting Milan again.
Clean and comfor room”
Clean room , close to public transport, have parking
We were stay at the Hotel Milano by Marriott. Was very nice hotel . We had a big room with the comfort bed. Is nice hotel with the modern style. And hotel is very close to the station where you can take a tram to the city center. Which is only 10 minute from the hotel the center of milan. The breakfast from the hotel is correct but would be nice if they are some more choice.
Good location near station”
good location, near shopping area and near subway station
Convenient location, clean, standard chain hotel”
Location, cleanness, can leave luggage and travel
clean room, friendly staff, nice deco
great location, subway station is only 10 steps away from the main entrance. not much around the hotel in terms of restaurant or shops so had to catch a cab to get supplies. front desk staff were friendly and helpful with directions with fluent english. room was quite spacious, clean and room service was quick and very attentive had a great stay during my business.
modern hotel, clean rooms.”
very clean and modern looking, reletively good location
I spent 2 nights there and it was good. The hotel was nice and new, the room size was average, but very modern looking. its about 10 mins away from the metro and 3 mins from a bus stop that can get you to the duomo in 15mins. you will have to check which airport you will be going as there are 2 airports in milan.
the only downside was the lack of free wi-fi.
my wife and i were on a road trip around europe and we wanted to stop over in milan on our way to monaco from austria.
we only stopped over for 2 nights but was ideal for what we wanted.
the hotel had very good secure parking. there is a charge (in-line with other european hotels with the same facility)but a small price to pay for peace of mind if you value your car.
whilst the hotel is not situated in one of the prettier parts of milan the decor inside is very modern and comfortable. the breakfast, though quite basic, was enjoyable and the staff very helpful and pleasant.
5-10min walk to the metro and only a couple of stops away from the cathedral and brand name shops.
would stay again.
very nice hotel but agoda rent a car very bed!”
very close to Garibaldi Station
it was very nice hotel there was not any problem without my rent acar booking problem with www.agoda.com web page, i book it already with that web page and on the time when i go to there nothing...
on the paper writes eruope car company logo but it was not europe car company
it was only europ assistance company and there was one italian stupid guy he does not know english even no any computer experience than i could not collect any car!
i try to speak with london office of the agoda company but nobody interested with me
atleast they cheat me well... untill now nothing and i paid money for that rent a car... they show on the paper europe car logo but when i went to europe car office they said me its not our office ! suprise... :)
be careful if u do not want to wait 3 hours and if you do not want to loose your time...
Central but socially weak neighbourhood”
- Unfortunately we did not have a good time at the hotel.
- We parked outside the hotel and the next morning. No special help was offered to us from the hotel even when we were mentioning that there were still strange looking people walking around the parking lots looking into the cars.
- Went to the police where of course no further investigation was undertaken
Modern business hotel, far from city centre”
Helpful front desk staff, spacous room
modern, clean room with king size bed, yet with no free wifi. the 24-hours wifi charges about euro 9. if you are visiting milan for shopping, this hotel is far away from city centre (i.e. the famous church and shopping area), regardless there is a tram takes you from opposite of the hotel all the way to the city centre (takes about 15 mins).
a plus to the hotel: the front desk staff are friendly and speak decent english.
it is a very modern & clean hotel. however, it is quite a long walk to the old town. also, the hotel caters to business people. there was no swimming pool or gym. the staff were very friendly and helpful. for the amount you pay, it is annoying that wifi is not free.
Excellent hotel. Great rooms and fantastic beds”
Friendly staff and great beds and pillows
Wifi costs Euro per day, which is very expensive when compared to other large hotels. As the mini bar is free, why not have the wifi free instead, as you can easily obtain beverages outside the hotel. Breakfast was excellent and the staff made excellent cappuccino's. Would stay there again as the hotel is quite central to train stations and the city.
