飯店貼心，在床頭上擺上巧克力，還送瓶水。雖然有電梯，但出來後還是要走2-3階樓梯，有出租腳踏車，但價錢有點貴。約步行10分鐘內可到達火車站

離車站步行五分鐘內，早餐漲到15歐了，種類算中等，但若跟外面咖啡廳比，性價比算高，尤其是提供很多新鮮水果（覆盆莓，蜜棗，奇異果，蘋果⋯）整體算不錯了

距離中央車站很近，對搬著很多行李的我們來說是非常好! 房間簡單但設備齊全，有水煲! 床頭有很令人窩心的朱古力! 有免費的樽裝水，是平價酒店少有的! 整體感覺很不錯!

房间很大，一开门以后是一个走廊，然后往两边延伸，左边是卧室，右边是一个衣柜和卫生间，卫生间干湿分离，有浴缸，镜子很梦幻。床是两张单人床并到一起的，但是睡起来并不会觉得难受，第一天来了以后床上放着莫扎特的巧克力，很好吃。地理位置离火车站不远，从火车站出来以后往左拐，第一个路口看到加油站右拐后走过一个十字路口就是。萨尔茨堡不大，所以走着也可以到古城区和城堡。这次欧洲蜜月最好的回忆。

“Cosy hotel at a good location”

Booked a triple room and the room was very spacious with two separate rooms, two toilets (one toilet with shower, another with bathtub). Great location, less than 10 mins walk to station and about 15 mins walk to city centre. Water pressure and temperature were good too. Hotel staff were very friendly and we enjoyed our stay here.

Location is good, walking distance of less than 10min to train station and bus terminal. Walking distance in 15-20min to places of interest. Room is spacious. The restaurant at the hotel serves great food. Overall stay is great.

“Friendly family hotel”

Correct me if i am wrong, but this look like a small family run hotel. Located about 5-10mins walk from the station, across from a mall, next to gas station. Room is a bit outdated and bathroom with half glass curtain on the bathtub is not very convenient. Hot sauna on 5th floor, we ended up showering there as more spacious.

Nice clean rooms. They seem quite vintage but comfortable. They have shoppings and eateries nearby too.

This hotel was excellent value for money and far more spacious than we expected for a European hotel room. Housekeeping and friendly reception staff were excellent. Location was great - very close to central train station, although a 20 min walk from the centre of town. Not a problem if you dont mind the walk or catch a tram (tram stop is very close to hotel). Hotel is on a main road but has two layers of double glazed windows so you hear nothing of the traffic outside - we discovered this when we opened the windows and the difference was dramatic! The only down side was the pillows were a bit flat, but reception were happy to give me a second one.

Everything is ok, the things there might be very old, and old fashion but all are in well condition. Location nice. Recommended!

“A Very Pleasant Place”

The hotel is close to the railway station - just a 5 minute walk; but further to reach the town, about 15 minutes. The place is clean and well appointed with courteous and friendly staff. But it is expensive and without a mini-bar; rooms are a reasonable size with good sized bathrooms. I do not lie parquet floors which now seem to be trendy as they give a cold feel to the bedroom. Breakfast was very good - buffet of course - with a wide selection of fresh fruit, cereals, breads and jams, ham and cheese etc plus hot food if required.

We love the ambiance of the room. It was clean and comfortable. The room we stayed in was a triple room and it was very spacious. A walks away from the city terminal.

I stay here with my friend one night, the staff was very helpful and kind. They also prepare lots of maps and guides for customer, room is clean and beautiful. highly recommend to stay here if you only pass by Salzburg.

Receptionist not much helpful！ Mr friends, one couple, want to change their room due to too noisy of outside traffic. She refused and just said fully booked, cannot change.

its close to the train station. since i had a few day trips that required me to take the train, so it was wonderful. breakfast was on the pricey side, but well worth to pay. definitely go there for dinner, food was nicely cooked. room was clean, bed was okay, pillow was a little too soft. overall it's above average.

The stay was excellent. Check in was a breeze and the reception explained some of the highlights of the city and introduced us to the Salzburg Card which is good for public transport and attractions. When we entered the room, we were happy to see that our beds were made up nicely and the room was very clean overall. The bathroom was a good size and clean as well. The beds are comfortably firm.

Just perfect - near walking distance to train station and bus station. Centrally located yet in quiet neighborhood. Hotel in old traditional building - superb. Very clean and breakfast is sufficient and the dinning room looks great.

“Neat hotel, great staff”

I suspect that the staff noted that we were on our honeymoon and gave us a little upgrade - the room was fantastic! We chose the location as it was close to the railway station. Because of that, it was only a block away to a fairly run-down neighborhood (well, the closest thing that Austria has to one!). We still felt very safe. The staff were very helpful, recommending great local restaurants and a nearby coin laundry.

Friendly front desk . Very comfortable room. We had the business double room. Very spacious and warm. Nothing to complain about the hotel. Had a very pleasant stay. Would recommend the hotel.

“Lovely Hotel with a Splendid Room”

This hotel is at a good location nearby the main train station. The rooms are well equipped with a sitting area and all that you will expect to find it a 4 star type hotel in Europe. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was so large. Worth the money you pay for. Initially it was a bit hard to find but once you get your bearings it's easy.

The hotel room is excellent, they just got everything you wanted. Location is great as well, 5 minutes walk from the train station and 15 minutes walk to the city center. You don't have to worry about the 15 minutes walk as you will pass by the famous garden and the beautiful scenery.The receptionist are kinda cool but friendly and you can find loads of local tour to join at the reception. Great stay and I will definitely go back.

“A hotel with good location”

This is the second time I stay here when I come to Salzburg again. The price is very reasonable,but it'll be better if the breakfast is inclouding the price. Gernerally speaking, it's worthy to stay .

Good location quite and near the train station. Room large and comfortable, with tea and coffee facilities. Good size clean bathroom. The main shopping area and town a short walk.

The hotel is within 5 minutes’ walk from the main train station of Salzburg, which is very convenience as we travelled by train with luggage. Though its proximity to the main train station, it was located on a quiet street, so there is no noise problem. There is a small sitting room in each room, which is a plus for us. We had breakfast (which is not included in the package) in the sitting room in our 2-days stay in Salzburg.

“Clean and Good Location”

We arrived late and the room is ready. There is the DVD Sound of Music playing in loop, and if you've never heard of it, one of the highlights of Salzburg is the Movie Sound of Music . So we got to watch it for free !! Bathroom and Bedroom is clean. the room is slightly old fashioned but the bathroom is definitely modern. It's only a short walk to the Salzburg Hauptbahnhof, and finding the hotel is not hard at all.

“Disappointing”

Location is okay, as it is near the train station and walking distance from town center. But pretty much any hotel in Salzburg will be a good location since the town is so small. Having said that, everything else was average at best. I'll go as far as to say disappointing considering the price tag of the place. I chose my hotels making sure wireless internet is available. It didn't work during the 24 hours I stayed. Even after being told that "colleagues in charge will be called," twice the problem was never solved. I find this hard to accept in a supposed 4-star hotel where 100+ guests are staying. "Air conditioning" also did not work on the miserably hot night. With so many options in Salzburg, look elsewhere.

a really nice hotel. located about a 5min walk to the train station, the hotel has amazing amenities. the sauna (though a little tricky in finding out how it works) is the best thing there is after a day trekking through the hills. the hotel isn't well located to the sites, but then again, salzburg is a small city, 20minutes walking and you're at the old city. overall, really good hotel and value for money.

“beautiful and convenient hotel”

i like the environment and the design of the hotel much, it is not very expensive and i could enjoy the clean, comfort place. the breakfast provided is a lot of variety and good quality. it is so near the castle so during the night i could see the light up from the castle and it is really beautiful scenery. in the early morning, i could go to the lake for fresh air and shooting.

I had a great time here. Its started with a warm welcome at the reception counter and continiued with an excellent room when I opened the door to my room. The room was so nice with its balcony facing an area where people have dinner. So I just took a sip of drinks and sat there watching people in the evening. The door was very, very, very clean and the staff was so nice,

“Good Location”

The hotel is well located. Old building but converted nicely into hotel. Unfortunately, the bathroom and toilet are separated inside a room; it is not convenient at all. Room facilities are well provided with safe box and you can enjoy the movie Sound of the Music inside the room. Hotel people are polite and friendly. We stayed for 3 nights in this hotel

“the location was near salzburg hauptbanhnof”

the staff presented helpful and polite. the room provided kettle (for hot water), coffee, tea and mineral water (only one bottle of each person). free wifi service provided. the hotel had a restaurant and bar at the ground floor. subway, supermarket and cafes were just opposite of the hotel. it was easy to go from neustadt to attstadt on foot. the toilet provided shower, shampoo gel, hand cream and body lotion.

Nothing to write home about, but this hotel was in a decent location and was clean, so we overall enjoyed it. If we stayed in Salzburg again, we would likely stay near the river instead. Maybe we just didn't discover the area around the hotel, but it seemed that restaurant selection and shopping was very limited for tourists (ie just fast food and kebab places)
