Thanks to African Moon and there brilliant staff for making my stay so amazing.Room was clean and spacious and the breakfast brilliant.I will definitely stay with you again.
the worst atay in a hotel ever”
1. we had arranged for a shuttle as we were to arrived late. I emailed them to make the arrangements as required and they responded saying the will do so. we arrive at the airport to find no shuttle. we call them and they said they are on their way but we waited for 1hr30mins in the cold. we had to call again, the shuttle to finally arrived.
2.we arrived at the lodge and the reception area was dirty with plates of half eaten food on tables. they didn't even bother to remove them.
3. we were allocated rooms but within 30mins electricity went off(only in our rooms). we spent the whole night in the dark and the rooms were very cold. we were told that there was nothing they could do to fix the electricity fault. they offered us one room with a double bed( we were 4 grown women, how they expected us to sleep in one bed is beyond me)
4. there was no hot water that night and morning. we had to go take a shower in another room all 4 of us and the water was cold.
5.at breakfast there was no enough yogurt( they had those small nutriday pre school kids ones) for the cereal, when we asked for more we were rudely told that they have run.
this was the worset experience I have ever had,i would not recommend this lodge to anyone I know. infact I would like a refund.
Close to airport. Quiet room.
Sadly we would not recommend or stay there again. At no time during our stay did any member of management present themselves. Our bill was not ready at checkout. At no time were we ever asked were we happy or did we enjoy our stay. The dining room was cold and unwelcoming...concrete floors and no soft music. so no atmosphere
