Old hotel but with great maintenance and clean room. The toilet flush is not as good as it should so a bit mindful on this. Friendly and very helpful staff and great breakfast. Really nothing can be asked for with this price

Resort of this quality in Samui Thailand will cost 3x the price, this is a really top class resort, with everything you could look for in a 5 star resort. Clean room, declious breakfast, private beach with shuttle(didn't visit due to storm), 15 mins to ancient town, many many nice food shops on the way. Friendly staff, you may have well rest holiday here

A wonderful resort in Hoi An city. Great location and full of friendly and helpful staff. We were also impressed with Binh's enthusiasm and his energentic behaviour when we checked in. It's a pity that we just stayed one night in Hoi An and did not have time for the acitivities & classes which were held for guests, however, this resort is worth a thumb up.

做了酒店的SPA，真的很舒服。全身放松，房间环境也很好，是我喜欢的榻榻米，睡起来特别舒服很柔软的床。酒店过去也是可以直接骑车到古镇，前台推荐的 mango mango餐厅很赞。最贴心的是check out 的时候taxi 准点接我们去机场。

The best location! Situated in a quiet area but close enough to walk to Old Town. Staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms are quite small but in a cozy, comfy way. Breakfast was nice, not a ton of options but a good mix of Asian and Western cuisine. The whole place is quite small for a resort, but if you plan to explore the city more than enjoy an inclusive resort experience, then this place is just right.
Comfortable stay overall. The restaurant food was a highlight, especially my first meal after arrival — a simple Vietnamese spring roll paired with a house-made sauce using gac fruit oil, which added a nice depth of flavour. The only drawback was some corridor noise from luggage trolleys and footsteps, which could be heard in the room
Stayed w family 2 young children + grandma. We booked loft and jr. suite. Rooms were comfortable and clean. Location was perfect, with stroller and toddler will need to take grabs/taxi. Loft room not recommended for young children or elderly as everything is upstairs bed and bath. Would stay again.
Came here for quiet rest and reflection, and that was what I got, in a beautiful environment. Excellent accommodation, excellent breakfast, helpful hospitality. A good location for walking in to town and seeing lots of interesting things along the way. Highly recommend!
We had a loft room as my son was joining us for our stay in Hoi An and this met our needs perfectly. Room and hotel very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was very good with a wide choice. Staff very helpful. Pool lovely, mainly shaded by the trees but still a couple of sunny spots.
My partner and I have been to Hoi An a few times, and typically with friends. We've used budget friendly hotels and homestays historically. But this trip we mixed it up. Almanity Hotel made our trip significantly more comfortable. Cool flannels and amazing tea in arrival, and the facilities are amazing. The room was huge, and the bed was more comfortable than our new bed at home. Restaurants are lovely, but I found the understanding of gluten free to be hard to convey. They didn't understand that bacon sitting on bread isn't gluten free. However the selection available includes fruit and yogurt as you'd expect. We took a day trip to My Son Sanctuary and Marble Mountain and organized a driver through the hotel, Vo Thanh Vu. If you've ever driven in Vietnam you'll know that is pretty hectic (organized chaos), but Vu made the whole experience extremely comfortable! He's an excellent driver, and made every effort to make us happy and confortable in the heat with cold water and cold towels. The cold towels were gold on a 40 degree C day with 70% humidity 🤢 The only thing that would have made our trip more perfect is it he had joined us for lunch 😔 We used the pool a lot during our stay and while all staff were excellent, there are always stand outs that go the extra mile to smile and have a conversation.
Our stay at Almanity was a delight. The staff were friendly & helpful, offering suggestions for food, tailors and massage places. They even helped us make a reservation for dinner on the spot when we checked in. Really appreciated their hospitality! The rooms were lovely - spacious & clean. It was also very convenient - only 10 minutes to Old Town & 5 minutes walk to Madam Khanh :) However there were some aspects of our stay that were less than desirable. Unfortunately the hotel had just repainted the stairway & the smell of paint was pretty strong walking up to our room & persisted even until we were at the door to our room. We also had issues with the mini fridge - it was not cold at all. After informing the staff, we were told that the fridge was not meant to be cold - just room temperature. As an alternative, we were provided ice buckets to keep our water cold, which was a nice gesture on their end. Lastly, we ran out of shower gel in our bathroom on our last day. Unsure if it was because we were checking out & the bottles were not refilled, but it was a bit of a downer to end the trip with an incomplete shower. Overall, in spite of these things, we enjoyed our stay at Almanity & would recommend it.
We have stayed here twice now and heading back a third time . Great location out of the bustle of the old town , great walking distance to everything . Shuttles to beach also was a great bonus . Staff so helpful and breakfast buffet one of the best we have been to . Highly recommend . The lower level pool rooms suited us with multiple rooms for our family group .
Fantastic hotel! I spent quite a lot of time researching Hoi An hotels and this one did not disappoint. The location is great, it’s really close to the Hoi An Old town where everything is (so you don’t really want to be out of town or by the beach as it’s 15min drive to the town). This hotel has a free shuttle bus 3 times a day so you can still visit their beach area with chairs umbrellas and great restaurant. However you can also walk to lots of restaurants and the tailor shops with 5minutes and to the river within 10-15mins. The breakfast is one of the best hotel breakfasts I’ve ever seen, local food counters, then cooked to order stations for Pho/ omelette. American pancakes and waffle station, continental buffet, pastries, fruits and yoghurts. Pool area is great, was never overly busy, rooms were quite clean and modern. Highly recommended and would come back here. Thanks!
I received very nice experience at Almanity. They served nice swimming pool, delicious breakfast, comfort room. Also their location is close with oldtown, that is very helpful me for strolling at oldtown.
Superb customer service from start to finish. Excellent breakfast. Comfortable bed. Room sound proofing was the only issue we encountered and it is completely dependent on your neighbours. First 2 nights were great, second 2 nights we heard their doorbell go off during the night, cell phone alarm going off in the morning, and general noises coming from the room(s) around us. This was the only negative as the rest of the stay and hotel was fantastic. Would consider staying here again.
We had a great stay at Almanity Hoi An Resort & Spa, it is in a great location, we stayed in a loft room which are a little quirky and feel a little small because of the two levels. Breakfast was really good with a large selection. Pool is fantastic and very peaceful. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We would definitely recommend however probably would not get the loft room again
Place is very nice, not 5 stars but upscale for sure. Staff swas excellent. Took a real concern in my experience. Offered guidance on a few places that are recommendable. They are obviously getting a kickback from Morning Glory restaurant and Tuong Tailors. Both good. Not exceptional. Used a bike which was adventurous and suggested as easy to cover far more ground. Unfortunately it can get a little hairy and got a decent couple of cuts on back of leg. Thought my legs just sweating (as crazy hot) but in looking I was bleeding. Even after a shower, it was still apparent and put a small towel under leg to make sure I didn't get blood on sheets. Tried to rinse out but that's what professional cleaners do. Surprisingly, I knew the one hand towel had blood on it and apparently some on a larger towel as well. To my surprise. When I checked out, they handed me a bill for the 2 towels. I have worked in hotels for many years and what was left was very nominal. This is a cost of doing business and again, something I'm sure that hydrogen peroxide and/or bleach could get out. Sadly, out a bit of a palor on my feel for property and will look elsewhere next time in town, at least for comparison. Otherwise, a solid value, great breakfast.

Fantastic, relaxing hotel. Great mid size venue with central pool and bar. Buffet breakfast is awesome. Staff super friendly and happy to help. Rooms very comfortable and cool aircon.
Loved staying here because it was a short walk to the old town portion of Hoi An (15-20 mins walk). The resort was spectacularly maintained and the Deluxe Loft Room was quaint and comfortable and had a tub for which we were very grateful. The breakfast buffet was a great spread which we enjoyed so take that inclusion if you have the option. Only thing I found slightly strange is that they made us pay a hefty deposit on checkin (which we weren't informed about when we booked) but they refunded the whole amount on checkout. Don't know if they do this with every guest but that was literally our only slight hiccup staying here. Highly recommend the place for great comfort and proximity. Didn't have time to use the spa facilities or the pool (because it was cold and rainy when we visited) but I wish I had. There's always next time. Don't hesitate, book your stay cos you won't regret it.

We’ve just completed a wonderful 6 night stay at Almanity. The service was great, rooms were clean, breakfast was amazing and the pool is very lovely. We’d like to give a special shoutout to Binh who was extremely helpful and attentive during our stay, we had an issue with a very noisy Australian lady in the room next to hours who talked very loudly on FaceTime from the very very early hours of the morning and he resolved the issue for us. The only small negative for us, which might be a positive for other travellers is that we felt the hotel offered a slightly sanitised version of Hoi An. We had spent one night in another hotel as we arrived a day early and Almanity was full and we felt that it was more authentic but if you’re looking for a polished, super sparkly hotel then Almanity is the place for you.

Went there for one single night with my wife, booked a jacuzzi suite to chill the evening/late afternoon. Unfortunately we complained several times (1 call + 2 request to reception) that we could not properly fill the jacuzzi on the arrival day and asked them to make sure bathtub would be filled when we came back to hotel (late evening). Unfortunately after our evening plans, bathtub was still empty... We complained in the morning during breakfast time and they did fix it, but it was our checkout day so could not enjoy fully the jacuzzi option. Manager did help us on the day to fix the issue but late and also proposed free lunch to compensate it, but we had other plans. Beside that, the place is nice, windy, not too hot, large pool and wide and comfortable rooms. Breakfast with a lot of options, not all very tasty but at least you have choices. Location is very good and no noise from the street. Just need to make sure that if manager not here or available, staff just fix issues in due time.
I spent four nights here. The place is nicely located a few minutes walk from the Old Town. The room I was given was a ‘duplex’ a small sitting room downstairs and the bedroom and bathroom upstairs. The room was very clean and the bed comfortable. However, I thought the deco was not really up to 5 star standards, the room to me had a very 70’s, past it’s best feeling, beige tiles, dark wood, no natural light in the bedroom or bathroom. There was one small problem when my room wasn’t cleaned one day, but was after I spoke with the front desk. The swimming pool is very nice and definitely welcome after a hot and humid day sightseeing. The hotel arranged my transfer travel up to Da Nag and provide a nice comfortable air conditioned car. Thanks to Ba the driver who was very pleasant and point out things of interest on the route. Definitely a place worth considering staying at for your stay in Hoi An.

We had a wonderful week stay at almanity spa and resort hoi an .Lovely property great staff ,gave us early check in , excellent buffet breakfast and also the food at the restaurant is great .We took advantage of free use of sauna and steam . location is wonderful,a 10 minute walk to old town .Lovely property,would recommend it to all
We enjoyed this hotel very much. Old town is just a few minutes walk away. Minh was super helpful when we first checked in. We stayed in the loft rooms-bedroom upstairs with sitting area downstairs. Breakfast had wide variety. Rooms were clean and comfortable.

Vety clean and peacefull hotel just from walkin distance from the Hoi An old quarters. Personnel was ready to assist in all your matters. They arranged a surprise on a birthday in a short notice.
This was our second visit to the Almanity. We first visited in 2022 and it was brilliant both times. However a couple of things the resort could improve upon (we didn’t have these issues in 2022) The soaps in the room used to be amazing, shower gel and hand soap, it was stunning. However this time, the hand soap has been replaced by little bars of soap and it was those lovely touches that made it extra nice last time. And secondly, the WiFi - the WiFi this time was absolutely terrible and our phone signal was 3G at best throughout the whole resort, meaning we were dependent on WiFi. The download speed was 9mb when we did a ping test.. impossible to watch anything online or even browse the internet to be honest. Just an upgrade of their service would make the hotel 10/10 for us
We had an exceptional stay in the hotel! We were on our honeymoon and enjoyed every moment of it! The hotel is speckles! The facilities are great, the spa is good and the breakfast has large variety of food. The pool is very big and really nice. The room was super comfortable! The staff were also very nice! Especially Mr. Dinh! The location is great, 5-10 minutes walk to the old quarter.

This hotel is perfect for Hoi An- within walking distance to the old town, and about 10min taxi ride to the beach. The staff were so friendly. Pool area was amazing, and the breakfast also very good with plenty of choice. The only room for inprovement was the gym, which felt a bit dated and was SO hot. I think if I went to the beach again, I’d make my own way rather than use the shuttle to a “private beach”, which is actually a beach club with only 22 beds on the beach. Otherwise, Almanity was perfect!
Enjoyed this hotel very much! We had the loft rooms and were really comfortable. Away from Old Town but still within walking distance. People are friendly and helpful especially Mr Minh.
t was so nice❤️❤️ I went 1-2 hours earlier than the check-in time, but it was so nice that they checked in right away because they were all ready!!! The staff member Thuy Quynh guided us and they were so kind and answered everything! I highly recommend Hoian accommodation!! There's a massage shop in front of our dorm and it's the best... And they shuttle to Anbang Beach, so I checked out and went to Anbang Beach comfortably!! There are a lot of Koreans and the breakfast is deliciousI strongly recommend it!!
