Apartment was okay - bit shabby and could do with modernisation. Location was poor. Far from beach and far from any decent restaurants. Although self catering there was nowhere in walking distance to buy groceries.

Best price apartment in Sanur”
We book a room turn out a spacious one bed apartment. There are fully equiped kitchen, washing machine, dining area, and living room with home theater. The bed is big enough for 2 adults and 2 young kids. The highlight is the bathtub, although the washroom is a bit slippery. Too bad it was rainy day when we stay, but the pool is lovely with good view. I hope they can upgrade the breakfast though, it's a bit too expensive for small amount of food and only has two options.

I have to admit the building and facility condition is super new and yes it needs a bit of repair here and there, but it was worth the price and I felt homy staying at the villa. The manager and staff are friendly and helpful. If you see anyone commenting bad about the manager and staff, I don't understand from which point of view the comment was made because it was completely incorrect.

This place is very perfect for big family holiday, or if you want to have gathering with friends and family. They have big yard, pool, living room, kitchen with stove, microwave. Too bad the washing machine is not functioning well, but they provide a washing machine outside. Perfect for long stay

The whole apartment is full of mold, there is a lot of mold in the living room/kitchen and some mold in the sleeping room. The staff did not offer us another apartment, so we checked out after 10 minutes.

after 2 years of downtime it's looks pretty good, tho small defects will be coped in the future I believe. staff is very kind and helpful. a bit dusky on the ground floor cuz very high fence and windows head common space and supposedly you will prefer to keep them with semi closed blinds to have more privacy. don't consider the supplied breakfast as a serious option, better variant you gonna find on the beach with variety of cafes all along the coast. bottom line, I recommend this accommodation, very convenient and comfortable choice and nice hosts. best will suit for couples and families with children.

Amazing villa - great for families”
We stayed in a 2-bedroom villa with 2 young children. It was such a beautiful place - we could have stayed a week or two. They set up a pack n' play for my baby daughter. Only problem is the wood floors were polished and quite slippery for the little ones.

Очень неплохое соотношение цены и качества. Бронировали за 38 долларов в сутки. Понравился сам номер, он нормальных размеров и спальня отдельно. Полно ценная одно комнатная квартира. Понравилось наличие кухни холодильника и стиральной машинки. Докупали кастрюлю нож доску и еще что-то по мелочи. Из минусов могу назвать однообразные завтраки, а также расположение. Вилла находится далеко от пляжа, пешком очень далеко идти и надо переходить оживленную дорогу. Также улица на которой стоит вилла совсем не туристическая, живут местные. Мы рентовали автомобиль поэтому дискомфорта от плохого расположения не испытывали.
