We hope the number of staff has been increased by now. Especially for the Kitchen. We had to resort to self service at breakfast time and it felt rather disorganized. Overall the staff were pleasant and took customers' seriously. We understand it was 12-months new and had teething problems. At the end of the day they provided an excellent apartment room. We enjoyed our short stay.

- location is on the main road - desk oily, floor is dirty - bathroom floor is slippery - receptionist only 1. we have to wait when we come while the staff is servicing the other customer. and didnt even welcoming us - ordering food take 1 hour - food taste was terrible - they dont have bellboy to deliver our stuff to room. the one who deliver is the security which is odd. - I think with that price, i can get much more in other hotel with the same price.

This hotel opened its doors early 2018, so it is brand new. Everything is very clean. Good location between surfing beaches Uluwatu and nightlife Seminyak. I was hospitalized for 2 days during my stay and they gave me a night for free once I returned to the hotel. I appreciate such gestures and it gave me some comfort. The staff brought me to a very good hospital and took really good care of me. The owner is Chinese and over 80% of the visitors was Chinese during my stay (July 2018). That was the only thing I did not like. Food was good and dinner prices are good.

Lovely new hotel, lovely pool!! Unfortunately spa wasn’t working.. too hot to matter. Good buffet breakfast. Hotel staff are lovely!! Location of hotel is fine if you have transportation but no where to hire transportation nearby so get before arriving otherwise it is fine Garuda culture Center nearby. Rooms are nice, spacious and clean!

THE BW just opened 3 months ago. It s a great feeling to be among the first ones to stay there. It s a great place, nit too far away from the beach. The staff is very helpful and the GM is one of the nicest persons i ve ever met. The breakfast is great with egg station, fresh juices and a waitresses that serve you like in a restaurant. Actually we were speechless about this hospitality. It s a best start if you arrive on Bali, because it s just 6km away from the airport and close to Jimbaran beach which is great for seafood. Brandneues Hotel auf Bali, TOP SERVICE ! 100%. Sehr nahe am Airport, extrem nettes Personal und ein supertolles Frühstück - wir hatten keine Worte. man erfüllte uns jeden Wunsch und besonders for Familien empfehle ich das Zimmer mit Verbindungstür. This is my first time staying in best western jimbaran. I go to FO and checked in, the officer said there is no list of my name from agoda booking, then i show my confirmation to the officer. everything works as usual, then she gave the card key to open my room along with breakfast coupon, written room #617. Then i go up and looking for my room. after i found the room i tap my key and it cannot open the door. then i use the second card, same thing happened. I tried to knocked the door, then i heard there is someone inside. WHAT...? This mean i have to go down with my bags to the reception desk...., luckyly i have the officer WA #, since i gave her my agoda confirmation booking. Then her collague go upstair and said that it was a wrong card key, i supposed to have room #619. OMG..... And the next day when i'm going to have breakfast, the food was awful. and the staff was not helpfull. Sorry i have to write my experiance like this

The hotel is new, clean but I think lack of staff. No bell boy. Breakfast too average, the empty foods are not filled soon. when entered the room, there are food smell like pizza or onion which is not convenient . Don't know where they come from. Our room is deluxe room.

The airport transfer is charged at 4 times the cost of uber/taxi. It cost more than the room. Rooms are noisy (doors and windows don't seal) and the air conditioning terrible (wrong design for a hotel). Interior design of public areas is tasteful but much more staff training needed and stronger management.

The hotel is in Jimbaran, the rooms are quite spacious but lots of dust, the sheets have lots of stains, the air conditioner is not cold and the bathroom is not clean. Comfortable beds and pillows and the rest is just fine.
