Close to metro, however far from tourists attractions and nice eating places.
The front desk staff are very helpful
Very cool & funky boutique style hotel
Convenient but not good value”
1. Location was good 2. Family room was available
I booked a family room for family with two older children and was really disappointed in the service and room.
The room was much much smaller than in pictures and it didn't even have proper 4 beds. Two beds were sofa beds converted which were quite uncomfortable.
Also, the staff were unhelpful. I had booked same hotel for 5 nights with a break of 3 nights (when we went to Switzerland). The idea was they could hold the luggage for us while we were away, but the receotionist flatly refused. Their policy was one day baggage hold only. It caused huge problems for us. We were staying 5 nights and would have been a great help if they had agreed to keep bags as an exception.
Short stay to visit Paris”
Nice And helpful staff; good location; clean hotel
Nice stay but room is too small, with this price we are waiting a higher standing
Small but clean hotel rooms”
Quiet and safe suburb location, easy access to public transport
A nice hotel out of the center of Old Paris”
Good staff, not too near the metro, quiet neighboorhood and very fast internet connection.
Our stay was good. The double room is quite small for a 4 star but maybe this is Paris. We did not eat at this hotel so the rating is not verifiable.
Nice and Neat”
worst hotel ever”
this is the worst hotel ever. is hard to explain all the complains but can tell few. the hotel consider my son 1,5 years old as an adult never in my life happen to me this before. 1,5 years old is an infant, don’t pay even in airplanes. we arrive on sunday 4pm, so there was nobody in hotel, only the lobby men, no any staff in kitchen, cleaning, manager, bellboy, nothing. the worst is that the men from the lobby told me “your son is considered as adult in france by law, if you don’t like it, you can leave now”. the situation was very strong, also france in winter is cold for kids, so finally had to accept. later we notice that the hotel don’t have staff to help you with the luggage’s. also the elevator only can accept 2 people (and very very tight), so you can see, if you have 2 baby strollers, 4 luggage’s and 2 kids + wife, need 4 times use the elevator. is kind of funny but each time you arrive or leave, need 3 times the elevator. one time in the room, this was very bad, also have only 1 key, so if you close the door and leave the key inside for the lights or heat, you cannot enter again. you need to return the keys after leave and ask again when come back. the bathroom is have a bad design, don’t have a place to put the personal staffs. something very very funny, they give you a kettle, but don’t have any place to connect it, and is stuck to a hard platform. so to use it you need to move all to the main desk to connect it. they give you 2 cups and tea, but they don’t give you spoon. the hotel is 3 stations away from the gard de lyon, is far, not good to walk. i really don’t recommend this hotel under no any situation. you have cheaper and better options 1-2 blocks from the gard de lyon, just use the map in agoda and you will find many. trust me and you will save time, angry moments and money. this is hardly a 2,5 star hotel.
