My wife and I booked into the honeymoon life sweet on Thursday afternoon. The room looked ok. Once we got settled in we noticed a couple i things.
First their was a sanatry pad lying in the dressing table draw. Then, in the kitchen they had what seemed to be old Ricoffee and only 4 tea bags remening in the jar. The cutlery was mixed up in two top draws not in order.
In the bath room there was mold on the ceiling and looked like it had not been cleaning a a while.
On the Saturday, we where told that a house keeper would come and neaten up the lift while we where out during the day. When we returned from our trip nothing had been done.
When I checked out the Saturday morning. I had mentioned the main points of our stay. There was not compensation offered. Actually the manager wanted to ask me R200 more that what was confirm to pay on my departure.
I will never return to the Cape Dutch Qurter ever again.
From our arrival from Port Elizabeth , Jayson the owner was so friendly
Kliphuis one of his properties is amazing , beautiful view of the mountains from the porch , was so peaceful and relaxing , away from the hustle and bustle of the city life , would go back there again and I booked through you , your service rocks and I will make use of your service in the near future .
We booked this over the very busy season, and came upon this quaint and affordable unit which we shared with friends. It had everything we needed for a short stay, and was well located in the centre of town, though a little noisy being on the main street but not too much of a problem. Overall a great spot...
Very central, good value, step back in time
They kept the place as is from the 60's or 70's so it is literally like stepping back in time. All the facilities you need. The room was a bit cold but they do supply extra blankets. Very central to do everything in Tulbagh from there. Very informative receptionist.
personeel, ontbijt en kamer
in één woord geweldig, en vooral geweldig door de immer attente Jennifer.
