No elevator ”

I have difficulty walking and walk with cane. Imagine me walking up to the 5th floor alone with all my stuffs. It is actually an apartment. Rooms on lower floors are occupied. If you don't mind walking long flights of stairs, this simple room is good enough and worth the money.

Basic but good ”

The room was really cheap so the value for money is good! I’m not convinced my room was cleaned as I found a hair band under my pillow. The staff were no where to be found when you needed them. Location is alittle bit far out but we got a bike so it didn’t matter. Overall ok

Lizards, ants, and spiders”

"it's a 2 star hotel, but you don't need anything fancy, Tony, you won't even be there most of the time", I told myself. Well I plan on living in Chiang Mai and so I have a lot of stuff. Was just staying here until I found an apartment. There were ants everywhere my first night and a noticably large spider living in the corner of the bathroom. Those things, while inconvenient, are a bit acceptable to me although really not preferred. Then I get home one night around 11:30pm and there are a few lizards chilling in my bed. Whilst I'm all about making new friends, these weren't the kind I had in mind. That was really the last straw. I didn't want lizards or ants or anything hanging out in my suitcases or bags while I'm not there. And I couldn't for the life of me get a good night's sleep any night I was there not because of the bugs or lizards, but the bed is as hard as a rock. I'd have preferred a bench at an airport over the bed there. The staff are nice and gave me a refund on the nights I cancelled though.. maybe if you live here and someone you don't like comes to visit you, you can book this place for them. Otherwise, and trust me on this, you're better off googling different hotels and CALLING THEM DIRECTLY about prices for stays up to a week/month. You get a better deal than booking through here on nicer, cleaner places. And if you're already here and book in person, even better! Don't panic buy/book because you'll be disappointed.

L’hôte ne parle pas anglais. Il y a une bonne wifi. La salle de bain est spacieuse mais tous les tuyaux fuient ( toilette, douche). Les lits sont très durs.

แนะนำถ้าจะนอนแค่รอขึ้นเครื่องบินเช้า. พอได้. เราได้ห้องพักกว้างดีสำหรับผู้ใหญ่ 3 ท่าน และเด็กน้อย 1 , แต่ที่แย่คือห้องน้ำมีกลิ่นเหม็นตลอดเวลา เราปิดประตูก็ยังมีกลิ่นเหม็น และมีเสียงเปิดเทปสวดมนต์ตลอดเวลาทำให้ขนลุก เวลาเข้าห้องน้ำช่วงดึกๆหน่อย. สรุปคือแย่ที่ห้องน้ำมีกลิ่นเหม็น. เราไม่รู้ห้องอื่นจะเป็นมั้ย. และเราได้ห้องอยู่ชั้นล่างสุดติดกับที่จอดรถ และประตูเข้า-ออก ขึ้นตึก.

ใกล้ รพ.มหาราชนครเชียงใหม่ เดินไปกลับได้ มีที่จอดรถ มีน้ำอุ่น ทีวี ตู้เย็น คุ้มค่ากับราคามาก
