Facility and location were as advertised on website. Staff helpful. Only problem: broken elevat”
Room was clean, nicely furnished, well-lit and very quiet. Kitchen was adequately outfitted.
Had booked and paid for room with balcony but given room with 2 single beds and no balcony. ”
Arrogant guy on desk couldn't care less. Rude and treated us with disrespect. Left me standing at counter after saying there was no mention of balcony in booking and then had hide to come back to me after 5 minutes and say CAN I HELP YOU? Luckily Agoda sorted it for us but we missed first night with balcony. No apology whatsoever . Next day was extremely rude and smart to my husband.
Thank you for sharing your experience in our Residence.
We are sorry to hear that you were disappointed by your stay with us.
Concerning your note, it seems like there were some confusion between Agoda and our website.
However, we always do our best to provide the rooms you are waiting for.
Unfortunately we are never able to confirm if you will get it, because it depends on the availibility.
Concerning our Front Desk team, we will let them know.
Our principal goal is to provide the best service quality.
Your comment will help us to improve it.
We hope you had a nice trip back to home.
The hotel is nearby Metro which is easy to travel around, it is a lot more convenient as it is also surrounded by the restaurant and supermarket.
The receptionist (the gentlemen with beard) is very nice and helpful by providing information without hesitating.
One last thing to recommend is that there is no housekeeper to clean the room while we are away during the day, other than that it's wonderful hotel to stay.
Great hotel. Would love to stay there again!
Stay was good”
We stayed here for a night. Before this, we stayed in other part of Paris for 5 nights. We chose this hotel as we were travelling with infant and we're looking for cooking.
The room facility, kitchen were well organised. The staffs were also friendly. Everything was fine in the hotel, but the only constraint was the location.
If you are looking for a quite environment near the hotel, then this is the place to stay.
Travel holiday ”
Location, close to metro, close to supermarket
Very comfortable with a market outside
A great place to stay for our 10-day trip in Paris”
1. Location: close to Metro and Carrefour; 2. Layout of the room: 2 twin-bed, dinnering area, bathroom with tube, and balcony; Comfort of the bed
1. The WiFi is terrible. It is slow and not stable.
2. There is no English manual of oven, dishwasher, and microwave. For those who don't know French, it is very difficult to know how to use them.
Note: we don't eat the food provided by this hotel. Hence, rate 1 is only for completing this survey.
We were in Paris after 20years from our first visit and had a great time. We were booked for 3 nights over a weekend but for various reasons extended for the full week.
The front desk staff at the hotel made us feel welcome and could not have been more helpful or friendly. The location between Bastille and Marais districts is fantastic. It's Paris so there are lots of cafes nearby, but a bit unique is the park that the hotel overlooks has a weekend market which runs the full length selling fresh produce and other things. There are also 3 mini supermarkets nearby so you can easily buy what you need.
We had a studio apartment overlooking the park which, while a little tired, included a kitchenette and so was perfect.
I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend to others as if you stay a while like we did you can begin to experience life like a local.
great stay ”
personal service ...location. ...Apartment facilties
It was excellent .great staff and welcome. .plus they even gifted my wife a nice bottle of champagne for her birthday and left a nice note from the manger and chocolates
Kichennette for cooking”
Location, kitchenette, Bastille market
Felt like at home.....”
Very Singapore standard. Great !!
As Singaporean, felt home the moment i step into hotel and room. Room and cleaniless of hotel is great ! Very comfy. Like return to home.
However, the reception who checked us in has very bad customer service.
The counter staff told us off at LEAST 3 times that hotel entrance door is automatic and don't need to push the door. The door is VERY EXPENSIVE !! He repeated told us 3 times and also told my mum again. My mum kept quite cos we are in foreign land.
The weather was 2 degree when we checked in and i told my mum and daughter to get in the lobby to wait while we unload luggages from the Taxi. My mum and daughters then told me that they didnt push the door at all. We are from Singapore and knows very well that the hotel door is usually automatic. Only thinking is that the door sensor didn't work and touch the door again. This hotel is owned by Ascott, a Singapore company. The hotel managment should know what we are talking about.
Will anyone or the staff himself be happy if he was told the same?? and 3 times?? Is this the correct way to talk to a customer when he didnt really see what's going on at the entrance?? He seated at reception area, warm and cosy.
apartment like facility, good access to public transportation, walking distance to Marais or Bastille.
Not appreciate unstable wi-fi. However kitchen equipment was sufficient enough to have breakfast in room.including microwave oven, coffee maker, pans, knives, dishes, cutlery, dish washer wine opener and more.
Good access to metro stations;
5 min walk to metro Bastille(line 1, 5, 8)
2 min to Bréguet - Sabin(line 5)
3 min to Richard-Lenoir(line 5)
10 min to Voltaire(line 9)
You can have free coffee 24HRS at lobby.
Good for what it is in an expensive city”
location, size of rooms, friendly staff
It was a good base for the Marais area. My scoring is more to do with the fact that Paris accommodation in general is very expensive so the price was ok for the location and city. otherwise the rooms were big, if a little tired and old, and the location was perfect.
Best stay in Paris so far”
Good security, friendly staff, nice place
My 8th time in Paris and probably the best place I have stayed so far (ok be fair because this time I have more budget ...)
While I was selecting hotel, I wanted one with a kitchenette - so this one turned up in my search. Knowing it is belong to a big global group so have a bit more confidence, hence I booked it.
Compared to the other hotel that I stayed in London, it is not newly renovated - but I think still in acceptable condition. Nothing luxury, wish it could be better, but definitely usable.
Location is not bad - just a few mins walk from the metro station. But most of time I walked to Bastille area for meal and other stuff too, which is around 10 mins walk.
Staff very friendly - best I have encountered so far. Building quite secured too as need the key card to get inside the building - which is good as Paris doesn't have the lowest crime rate in the world.
