One of the best hotels we've been to. The room is super modern. You can control the colour and brightness of the lights using your phone (app) or the ipad provided. It's just a few mins walk from the train stations. Super convenient. Highly recommended stay in Paris!

Outstanding service!”
Stayed at the hotel early November with my 12 year old son as we were attending the Paris Rolex ATP finals. The hotel is perfectly located and has a great feeling to it. Excellent customer experience all the way (the only downside was our food on our first evening but an upgrade with a view on the Eiffel tower more than made up for it) with a very warm and accommodating staff. Jose and his team are doing a terrific job and I plan to return with my family soon.

Good for short stays”
The Citizen M Gare de Lyon is a good options for short stays in Paris. It's a nice choice for those who arrive or depart from Gare de Lyon. The rooms are small, but clean and new. Some of them have beautiful views to the Seine and the Eiffel tower. I would not recommend only for those who like to take a walk by night, since the area has no cafes or restaurants open after work hours. The crew is very nice, but in some moments, I was with the impression that they were few to the number of guests.

Pas de bouilloire, machine a café dans les chambres. Service de nettoyage des chambres un jour sur deux (vous devez le demander spécifiquement). Par contre tres bon petit déjeuner et cocktail le soir au 16eme etages.
