Best Hotel to stay with Car & Parking, ”
Nice looction, 7_10 min drive to Kudai parking. Best area for shopping & Restaurents on site. Neat & Ckean rooms, Big hotel. Internet was poor in room not connecting. Room ready before arrival. Quite & relax rooms.
An Average Stay”
Hotel was ok. Location was far from Haram & shuttle bus service was poor so we used Taxi. Staff & cleanliness was an average. I stayed here during Ramadan as the availability of other hotels was rare. Sehri Breakfast was of good quality.

It was fine. I was expecting the hotel to be more luxurious and more welcoming. The reception was eager to help but they seems to be less experienced. They took a lot of time in finding my reservation which I did on the same morning. Once they came to knew I booked on the same morning (Friday), they said it might take time due to Friday which was hard to swallow being an eCommerce Developer myself.

Paid almost $90 for 2 nights with breakfast. Not bad. Hotel has a shuttle service to haram as well. Taxi costs SAR10 per trip. Overall very economical. Breakfast is still much better than what you would eat at any local restaurant.
Soft corner in an emergemt Makkah”
The hotel stood on a thoroughfare underscored by modern buildings. The entrance was typically Arabian as it was austere as well as delicate. The staff took time to complete the check-in without ever giving the feel of alienation. The porters from abroad knew how to conduct the new guests to the room and responded well to their needs. Round-the-clock coach facility for the Holy Kaba was a marvelous arrangement commanding esteem and gratitude. The stay was gracious and close to the austerity that Islam commends.
Old hotel with average facilities. Better options available”
Please don't get carried away by the hotel images. The rooms and furniture are very old. Even though they claim to be a 4 star hotel, even the tea bags aren't replaced in the room and when you call their reception, they say house keeping is only after 8 a.m - Strange. Also, breakfast is horrible.. just a few breads and cheeses with some foul/eggs etc. You can get better breakfast for as low as 5-10 riyals outside. Also, their shuttle to haram is only during prayer times and not 24/7 like other hotels.

Shuttle buss with small sign on it...only available during prayer time out of mobth of Ramadan. .when wantto go back to hotel didifficult to find the bus abd miss shutle bus for few time and need to ride a taxi. ..10days staying there no one comibg to clean the room eventhough putting the 'please clean the room 'sign on the door.then started to put all the garbage outside the room with the cleaning sign on.they only collect the garbage but they didn't clean the room.called for room sevice for few time no one answer...very far from haram...

Decent hotel with good access to amenities. Shuttle service was good and prompt. Breakfast was actually very decent and satisfactory and excellent for price. Would recommend to solo or young travellers due to distance from HARAM.
Throw voucher on customer face, If not found book”
It was an terrible experience stay there, seriously I will not recommend anyone to stay in this hotel, I will write my experience in detail starting from my booking. After finish my booking and Umarah so many time I tried to contact hotel on given number in my voucher to get correct address or GPS location but no answer, some time receive phone put on desk, something I saw during my stay when I was in hotel. Now come to check in process, very unprofessional and rude attitude guys setting on reception no greetings he will take paper and search in system half an hours, 3-4 time he will ask your name even he has voucher in his hand, after 30 min he will tell you no booking, then you say some thing then he will search again and take half an hour, take your Iqama and tell you okay take your room card from another guy beside him. Now you will voucher to him, another guy will search again from starting, I ask please tell me I have booking or not so I contact supplier, he throw paper on my face and told me no booking, then immediate person beside him told give him room , then he give card then he asked me why you not told me give card. My question job should finish by first guy and tell his colouge to issue card. Long story... Any way finally checked-in, not helped for parking at all. Entered room start AC, too much sound, I complained please send technician or change room very rude answer no room available, I asked refund money so I can go another hotel, call manager. Forget about all this. Again I asked please send technician, he came and tell that you are wrong AC is good no sound, he just reduce just fan speed but not admit that AC fan problem.
the reservation is not arranged well, and they don't have idea how many room is free or vacant, they still depend on paper work. the worist thing is when you want to do check in! they ask you how did you book ? once they become to know that it's through Agoda.com they become upset as they know Agoda is offering the cheapest price , then the start to ask ok how long you are going to stay? so then they might give you small or not good room. which pushing us to pay more in order to get better room. I have face this issue with many of customer many time I pass to the reception.. this is what is making us to feel not comfortable to do any booking through Agoda.com,, so you need to check this issue with hotel management.
