飯店前台服務人員親切有禮，住宿期間遇到烘衣機器使用問題，求助櫃檯立馬派人協助處理。浴室用洗髮精沐浴乳很好用，洗完頭髮柔順，身體洗完也很舒服。飯店4樓以下會被隔壁建築物檔住，建議可以居住在5樓以上欣賞海景街道景色。對面是大國藥妝，離Lowson走路約3分鐘，飯店旁邊是日落海灘，沙子柔軟適合小朋友遊玩。停車位約只有14個，先到先停。額滿後可停附近北營銓公有停車場（1500停車位）。離迴轉壽司美濱店7分鐘，旁邊是北白川京都拉麵。摩天輪一定要去搭乘4歲以下免費，大人每位500日圓。離激安殿堂開車約15分鐘。很方便的住宿。下次還會再去光臨。不過退房時間為早上10點，有攜帶小朋友的家長可以考慮看看。

我們是參加琉球煙火節4/13當日入住,距離美國村北谷町觀光處步行約5分鐘.兩大兩小(4跟6歲)選擇的是隨機安排入住.安排住在2樓.房間很大.飯店將沙發床鋪好.床剛好貼地.兩個小孩睡不怕滾下床.設備齊全.有陽台但沒有景色.員工態度佳.飯店只有約12個停車位.通常是10-15時之間較有空位.停滿了就要停在較遠的指定停車場.整體來說性價比高.推薦

房間很大，設備乾淨新穎，服務很好，地點超方便，飯店停車位有點少，缺點是連續住宿的話中間是不整理房間的，要換毛巾要自己去櫃台換，也只有入住的第一天有提供礦泉水，但是房間有小廚房也有提供所有烹飪用具很方便!!海景陽台也很讚!!

位置及景觀都不錯的公寓式飯店”
這次入住是高樓層(8F),陽台就可以看到日落海灘全景,門口是美國村全景,以這價位來講是比旁邊的飯店好很多,相同的錢可能連海景房都住不到,且Monpa的房間大多了,不過設施跟停車場的數量是比不上附近的飯店,但若真很注重景觀的話,這間可以考慮看看,另外要注意6F以下會被前面的建築物擋住看不到海景,訂房時要注意一下!!
