Great hotel experience”
Hotel is located directly near Patong beach. Just 5 minutes walk. Very accessible to restaurants, shops and travel agencies. Really enjoyed my stay for 7 days. Room was clean, staff were hospitable and provide excellent service. Housekeeping lady, Pla also ensured the room is kept clean everyday. I totally enjoyed my stay there. Loved their facilities. Would totally recommend to those who wants to stay near Patong Beach. 5-star service.

Best place to stay in Patong if you like to party. Close to beach and Bangla Road. Great breakfast. Massive pool and awesome staff. I’ve stayed everywhere and this is the best place. Also quiet yet walk 50m and it’s busy Thailand. My friend stayed here 2 months.

Very nice place to stay with impressive service-minded staff. The room is clean, the pool is really beautiful, and the breakfast is very impressive with variety kinds of food to choose, mine would be Khai-Jiew, it's totally wholesome to have nice Thai style Khai Jiew in the hotel breakfast. Some groups of guests were quite noisy because clearly they came here to have party and this is Patong but other than that the place is totally very nice to stay.

The hotel is beautiful, nice swimmingpool, breakfast ok. Unacceptable was the fact that they start constructionswork at 9:00am. I could not sleep! On the internet was noted that the expensive Kingroom with access to the swimmingpool is 35m2, but it is only 21m2 (they calculate also the balcony and a part of the swimmingpool). The room is very clean but extremely small... for 7500baht/night. For that price they could offer more than 2 waters (to make coffee, brush your teeth, etc...) But I am not a Hilton-fan anyway :)

Shame it’s now a Hilton franchise ”
I’ve stayed many times and it’s gone downhill since Hilton took over. I booked for 7 days and left after 3 days. The service and human aspects have gone. Sadly I won’t be back.
