1.地點離泗水相當熱鬧的SOGO百貨很近, 在泗水3天, 天天都走路去Shopping mall吃晚餐 順便換匯 2.住宿很安全, 車子進出飯店都有門禁, 門口的警衛也會過濾是否為房客 3.晚上可預約免費接駁車去當地著名購物中心, 還有其他幾個免費接駁地點(不含機場） 4.是間有點歷史的老飯店, 設施有點老舊, 但不影響它提供的服務 4.以後若有機會再來泗水會再入住!
The Best Hotel in Town”
It is not the first time I stayed in this hotel and it won't be my last as well. I am glad to get to know Elmi hotel in Surabaya. The Value for Money is always there. Added with the first class location, cleanliness and facilities, it has become the perfect second home. Additionally, the friendly, sincere and professional services delivered by each individual hotel staff make each stay memorable. It is hard not to pick Elmi hotel each time I visit Surabaya. The Hotel That Truely Knows How to Take Care of Its Customers”
Since the first moment I stepped into this hotel till the moment I left, I feel honored and blessed to get to know this hotel via Agoda. The room rate is very competitive to start with. Yet, its Services, Facilities, Staffs, Cleanliness and Location are much better than other 5 stars hotels. Why? This hotel management, from the parking attendant to the reception staffs are so friendly and resourceful that make our stay like at our own home. Their hospitality is no match yet in Surabaya to say the least. Their services are very prompt. Their Facilities are well maintained. Their Cleanliness is too good to be true. Lastly their Location is easily accessible. By all means, this will become one of my favorite hotels in town. Once again, thanks for your hospitality Elmi Hotel.
Bad smell and service”
Arrived at 9 pm. Room and hallway at 2nd floor smell bad. Request another room had to wait almost 1 hour! Staff was not helpful nor friendly at all. No apologies. Every staff was not friendly always tight face and never smile

We stayed for one night, the hotels staff are great and polite. Facilities and the hotels are old but clean. We loved they have free shuttle to tunjungan plaza and other attrative place at 10am and 7pm for drop only. overall our stay was good and recomanded for short break in surabaya. thanks elmi hotel.
Oldies but goldies!”
An old hotel in the centre area of Surabaya. They renovated the room but it still look bit old. Room is big,clean,breakfast is quite good and plenty variant.. Worth the price..
Used to be great place to stay”
Two reason I stayed here: for nostalgic purpose and the food (they say sop buntut is just legendary). But the hotel looks very old and my window was a bit open in my room and i couldnt close it down. Staffs are ok and food is great though but hotel needs to renovate.

An old hotel but well maintained. We choose this hotel because of the location and recommendation from our Surabaya friend. The staff are very friendly. It has live music every night at the hotel restaurant. Free (scheduled) airport shuttle bus is available.
A very nice hotel. The staffs are very friendly and helpful, even the securities are very nice. I had two amazing nights and good sleep. Definitely will be back to this hotel if I visit Surabaya in the future
My children and I love this hotel for its facility and location. It has bath tub with hot water and swimming pool. Also just enjoyed the Sauna and Fitness. It has good breakfast as well with variety of foods. Though it could improve on the carpet and bed, as it is quite old, and need to be more better. The pool is big and has 4 m depth. Yet overall hotel need renovation.
Feels like old time”
The hotel is an old hotel, with swimming pools and trees. Very soothing when entering the gate as Surabaya is pretty hot. The interior like in 80s yet the accomodation is good, especially with clean bathtub. I enjoyed my stay here.
Difficult for early check-in”
Before I'm glad to stay here because the possibility to get early check in facility. But due to recently the hotel is fully booked, two latest bookings I can not get the early check in, so I should bring my stuff around.
PLEASANT SHORT STAY”
For those who wants comfortness, elmi is good in terms of cleanliness, friendliness, food is good too. Thanx for the free shuttle to the International airport once daily, just nice timing of shuttle departure with our flite ETD... pool is nice but not this trip since its just a transit nite before we go off back home.
Old and Disappointing”
Its old hotel . Lots of things don't work . I change my key 3 times . Breakfast is very limited .

F this place”
Only true thing being reviewed about this hotel is that it is OLD. Has a musky stank from entering room floor to in the room, sprayed the whole room and used air freshener while we were out and it did not work. Aircon is not working either. DO NOT STAY! Not exaggerating either, I’ve stayed in two stars hotels and that is even better. My only basic expectations of a hotel is to be maintained and clean; everything else is bonus and this hotel is degrading basic hotels’ standards everywhere and scoffing at their guests’ respect.
