晚上7:00 一到飯店就發現 飯店地點離海邊超級遠 步行應該要1小時 ,之後又發現我們訂的房間是邊間 而且門口的燈很暗 打電話要求換房間等了30分鐘 親自下去櫃檯才發現他們根本沒有處理又等了30分鐘 真正入住時已經晚上10:00多了 真不知道他們的員工訓練是怎麼樣的水準 ??? 這真的是我住過最糟糕的飯店了
整體很摩登, 富有設計感的飯店, 房間也非常乾淨明亮 早餐滿好吃的, 選擇一般多, 很有悠閒氣氛 很可惜這次沒有使用到公設, 下次會想再入住去體驗一下 地點離機場不遠, 飯店對面也有一些美味的小吃店家 走路大概30分到達鬧區跟海灘, 滿不錯的! 櫃台人員的英文口音有點太重...

這是第一次去峇里島,選擇這家酒店真的好超值 房間乾淨,健身中心完善,附設suma spa有住宿者可以拿到五折卷~我按了兩次,很喜歡 熱石spa讓我很難忘,附設的義大利餐廳,如果懶得出們也可以在飯店內餐廳吃飯,除了好吃不知道該怎ㄇ形容 晚上有個酒吧,風涼涼的~我們就再旁邊叫飲料看足球,游泳池會有大浮板可以躺,這就是渡假 我跟老公決定下次再去~我們依然會住這邊~100分

基本上都很不錯 櫃檯人員都很親切為我們處理問題 但是我們有去作spa 沒有想像中的好 我在作之前有先確認spa內容 除了身體有包括臉按摩 但實際並沒有按摩臉 結束後尋問櫃檯 櫃檯卻說搞錯了 是沒有臉按摩 但是我的朋友也和我作一樣的課程 但是她卻有按摩臉 當初也是因為有按摩臉才選這個貴一點的課程

我們住了四人房，曰式房間適合有小朋友居住。早餐味道好好，早餐竟然有南瓜湯供應，可以當食brunch 。有試過酒店餅店的餅，味道好但有點sweet , 泳池游水好舒服。酒店到Kuta 的接駁車次少，一天只得幾次，太少。
酒店工作人员都非常热情，我又要续住3晚，房间很大，没有虫子，住着也舒服，泳池也很好

员工服务很棒 接机的小哥非常的敬业。但是蚂蚁多
酒店的性价比是很高的，豪华房带阳台，高级房就是死玻璃窗，这一点不好。非常喜欢大堂那个吧台，早餐很不错，晚餐在酒店吃了一顿，味道和价格都挺好，推荐他家的pizza，感觉比在国内吃还便宜得多。值得推荐。
我們不是團體…請飯店可以多加用心歸類，散客歸散客，團體歸團體，真的很吵鬧。飯店最大的缺點是check in時間拖太晚，都拖延到14：30了，還要確認一下…
位置还算方便，可以租摩托，楼下餐厅非常好吃！泳池不是太干净，房间干净，员工有礼貌。下次去还是可以选择！

因为临时决定去巴厘岛正好公共假期，很多酒店价格都很贵，要不就是没房了，找了很久，找到这间酒店，当时的心理是找个地方能住下干净就好，不过到了酒店还是给我了不少惊喜，首先房间不错，再者酒店的餐超好吃，正餐，早餐都不错，大家可以去尝试一下，离海滩有点远，不过总体还是很满意
位置离沙滩远，有点偏，但也较安静。打的到KUTA约2万卢比。酒店很干净，被褥很舒服，我订的房间180CM大床，超舒服。网络很好，包早餐，早餐品种丰富。酒店有个小泳池，看起来很舒服。员工也很NICE。总之，对得起这个价。
酒店离机场不远，新开的，干净舒适，价格适中，适合作为头天和最后离开的落脚点。由于晚机到一早就走了，没有太多感受服务就不多发表评价了。酒店淋浴，床铺都很好，卫星电视可以收到中国的，冰箱里的饮料和小吃全部免费。早餐是小型自助餐，味道一般。
酒店就在库塔区，离机场20分钟吧，位置不错。而且设施很新，感觉很舒服。服务态度特别好，特别是一个帅气的大堂经理，很热情。觉得还是相当不错的，可以选择。
We had a great experience staying at The 101 Bali Fontana. The team were consistently helpful and friendly throughout our visit, making us feel welcome from the start. Our room was cleaned daily, with fresh towels and bottled water provided regularly, which we really appreciated. The hotel is conveniently located—just a 20-minute walk from the beach—and surrounded by a variety of excellent local restaurants. For those looking for something more familiar, there’s also a McDonald’s nearby. One of the highlights of our stay was the on-site spa. We thoroughly enjoyed our massage; the service was professional, the ambiance was relaxing, and the pricing was reasonable given the safety and convenience of it being within the hotel. If there’s one area for improvement, it would be the breakfast selection. While the food was fresh, it leaned heavily toward local cuisine, with limited variety for international guests. Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend The 101 Bali Fontana to others looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay in Bali.

We booked a Superior Room for our anniversary stay and were pleasantly surprised to be upgraded to a Suite! The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully arranged — it made our stay extra special. The breakfast was halal and perfect with a great selection of food, and the overall environment was calm and relaxing. LOVE IT! We truly enjoyed every moment and would definitely come back again. This was my favourite family room, for the size and style I loved it, it was convenient as it was on the first floor easy access in and out and was very clean. I needed help with purchasing things from the pharmacy and the lady at the service desk Ana help me get the things I needed and she did a marvellous job at taking care of everything for me while I went for a swim and chilled by the pool. Very good service. I highly recommend this to a family or 4. One negative thing about the location is that it takes about 20 to 30 minutes in a car to get to Beachwalk Centre in heavy traffic.

This property offers excellent value for money and is situated in a fantastic location, making it easy to explore the area. The staff are incredibly friendly and attentive, enhancing the overall experience. While cleanliness was generaly good, there were minor areas that could be improved. The facilities are decent, with solid Wi-Fi and transport options, though some amenities could use a refresh to elevate the stay further.

Pros: - the location is superb. Food joint is literally next to hotel. You can find most of the things walking distance, from supermarket, souvenir shop, variety of food joint or spa massage - i booked family room which was quite spacious & had 2 toilet/bathroom - the room was equipped with coffee maker - all the staffs are very friendly Cons: - when i went there, they were renovating the front area of the hotel, so the car park basement can't be accessed. We had to park the car on the side of the road which is quite uncomfortable - they forgot to replenish the coffee creamer in the room and i just couldn't be bothered to call & asked as i needed early in the morning Other than that everything was superb. Will definitely comeback again to stay in this hotel

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful from check-in to check-out. The location is perfect—close to the city center and great places to eat. The breakfast had a good variety and tasted great. Overall, a truly pleasant experience. I’d definitely stay here again!

The location is conveniently situated near a halal restaurant, easily accessible walking distance. Additionally, a highly recommended restaurant, Nasi Tempong Indra, is located adjacent to the hotel. The hotel itself is quite pleasant, with comfortable mattresses and air conditioning. However, the absence of a wardrobe for storing clothing is a minor inconvenience.

Pro: A nice hotel to stay. Location is central enough, surrounded by good food. Nice breakfast, good spread. Cons: Clean enough but bathroom can be cleaner. Water in both shower and wash basin drains super slowly. Parking spots are minimal. Overall 7.5/10 .. if bathroom was cleaner, it's an easy 9/10.
