為了體恤老公工作辛勞，便計劃至天悠住一晚，雖然房價偏高，但是飯店景觀優美還能看到整片山景，房型不僅大、也結合現代與日式裝潢設計我個人很喜歡，飯店位置便利（前有巴士站、飯店也有接駁車），進出很輕鬆，但最棒的還是位於5、6樓的公共浴場，男女浴場隔日互換，5樓的山景瀑布溫泉以及6樓的無邊際露天風呂真的太棒太令人喜愛，第一次享受露天風呂不僅能欣賞整片山景，還能仰望整片星空，真的太享受了！強烈推薦去箱根旅遊到天悠好好體驗一下喔！

價格雖較高﹐但是可以提供到相應的價值﹐房間空間足夠﹐溫湶設計環境好﹐饍食更是無可挑剔﹐晚餐色香味俱存﹐每道菜色都很精美﹐令人食得很開心。 如有挑剔是棉被的質感不夠柔軟﹐以及不太適合和伴侶共浸溫泉﹐因為房間的溫湶缸尺寸不足以2人一齊浸。 但整體來講是一個令人滿意的溫泉酒店﹐如果是想寵下家下或伴侶﹐這會是一個好選擇。

我訂房訂了一間雙人房但按錯一人入住，所以取房時要補$6xx 另一同行者才有早餐和晚餐，這點不愉快，其他都ok，有Suttle Bus去公共車店，但酒店門外什麼都沒有，房間睇紅葉浸溫泉一流

酒店很新，早晨和晚餐也很好！但是講真，房間的床真的不好，而且是塌塌的！來這個酒店前一晚是住的金乃竹塔之泽非常棒，床睡的超級舒服，所以，相比之下，天悠的房間和床都比較遜色！”
還有大堂的工作人員的態度！或許可能太新，員工也很新，反應🈶點慢！而且，不是很熱情！

我訂的是兩人房間加床的, 有露天浴池(浴缸). 房間空間及設備滿意, 訂了晚餐在另一酒店專用傳統餐廳也精緻美味, 我覺得是蠻有風味特色啦. 極力推薦每天也要去酒店的露天温泉, 5F的在瀑布旁,6F的可以欣賞浮雲, 浸半小時也不會覺得勉強.
