Perfect hotel and amazing staff”

This hotel has everything and for a good price. The staff was amazing, we enjoyed the suite. And beach s big and not crowded at all. Breakfast was very tasty with many options. Location s good with a beautiful view to Cornish. Highly reccomend and I will definitely stay there again.

The only negative thing was the private beach, crossing the road to the beach is a life threatening situation. Also the swimming pool was not heated. Otherwise all good, near to all restaurants and intertainment

Bad experience!”

I wouldn’t imagine that i will call the tourism police while i am checking in, I arrived the hotel by 3:30 am on 27/12/2021 and i asked the receptionist to start my check in as per the email I received with the booking details and a confirmation phone with the hotel that my check in time starts on 27/12/2021 starting from 3:00 am, but the hotel receptionist told me no that is couldn’t be happen as the check in should be after 12:00 pm on 27/12, I told him that that is not my issue I received an email with that info and also i got a call from the hotel which confirmed the same thing, So that is not my mistake, He refused to let me check in, So i called the police and explained everything to them, The police called the hotel and told the to let me check in, After that the receptionist asked me to wait for 40 minutes until our room being ready. However that is my right from the beginning but they were trying to let me pay for one more night to let me check in. As a punishment for me they didn’t supply me with room coffee, tea and water for the first night! All these issues were from the receptionist, The rest of the stuff were kind.

The furniture is too old…the couch was broken..the carpet was dirty..we booked the king suite panoramic view to spend a great night there and it was veryyyyy disappointing experience!! One of the staff in the reception was very rude and not helpful at all!

Great hotel”

Lovely hotel, clean, modern and stylish. Helpful and attentive staff. Nice pool and terrace, good basic gym. A bit out of town, but easy to get Uber or open bus. Shuttle bus takes you across the busy road to the beach, but it is possibleto walk. Restaurants a bit expensive, but included breakfast was wonderful.

Not the best hotel. Terms and conditions change now and then”

I had a Agoda booking for 4 days . Once land in the hotel they said its cancelled however they can give a better rate for new booking. After 2 days when I reached the hotel my things were kept out saying I have the booking only for 2 days in the system and the rates increased by $100 per night. Food average same food for 4 days at breakfast. Clearness average the room I had was a suite however for a 5 start it's not even a standard room. V bad smell.

Outdated and overpriced ”

The hotel is badly in need of upgrades. The rooms (especially the toilets) have seen better days, we could actually see rust on the piping. I would not pay more than $60 for the hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful. The issues we had were with the hotel building itself, not the services.

Poor Food Management ”

Wrong times are issued between the reception and restaurant and bars. Plastic pieces were found in the desserts and the ground floor restaurant manager seemed nonchalant to the fact. My organization and I will not return to this hotel.

very unfreindly hotel”

This hotel was one of the worst experiences in my travel for the last few years .... At the entrance of checking in a big fight has begun between staff at the entrance of the Hotel ... this fight lasted for three hours .... checking in was a very bad experience , from then onward every experience I had with working staff was not good ..... all in all Alexandria is a beautiful city but you need to look for another place for accomodation
