Room was spacious”
The room was spacious and very clean. The bed & pillows are just the right firmness for a good night sleep. There is a KFC next door if you are craving for fast food.
The hotel was the perfect place we celebrate our 5th anniversary.. everything was nice room, hotel arrangement and the staff especially Alix and Gibril, I like how Alix welcomed us with smile and he was also in the lounge in the breakfast it was the perfect hospitality
Convenient for MWTC Tennis”
We book this Hotel as it is convenient for th t NN is stadium which is only mi utes away. Great rooms al sit looking a little tired these days. We didn’t eat in either if the restaurants as we prefer room service. However, in my opinion the room service charge is too expensive. The already high charge of the meal Plus 10% + 6% + 4% Tourist fee. And, on top of that a 10 dirham tray charge.
HIltonCapital Grand Perfect for Mubadala Tennis Tournament”
On the the whole, the hotel is very nice. For us, perfect as it is located very close to the Tennis stadium to watch the Mubadala Tennis Tournament. However, in the "Blue Bar" we were served wine in plastic glasses having been informed they did not have any Pinot Grigio which was our first choice.Hard to believe over the Christmas period but this is what we were told. If you want a hotel for convenience, great. If you want a Hotel for dining, forget it. Room Service food was terrible. At least the Nasi Goreng was. Same thing in Victors, food was terrible. We will go back again purely for location.
Good value for money”
It is not on the GPS map, so if you come by car it may take a while til you find it. Mainly the staff are indian and pinoy. Service is average, they cannot answer any question in any language so don't bother. The hotel has a spectacular bar, is really outstanding. You cannot find a better deal unless you are paying triple

Housekeeping, room service and front desk staff are not trained enough and not really friendly. Many aspects of those three mentioned areas of service are either chaotic, lazy or unorganized. Lack of basic knowledge of professional hospitality
This hotel staff attitude is shame on Hilton”
In terms of value for money, building, room area and cleanliness this hotel doesn't have problems. The main problem is staff knowledge and staff attitude especially the front desk staff and the room service staff, they are awful and much below Hilton or any 5 star brand hotel. In fact I would classify them as 3 star maximum in terms of staff

The hotel design is magnificent. It is possibly the hotel nearest to the Abu Dahbi Grand Mosque. It is a fair distance between both the airport/formula one track and the main city centre. It is a stunningly well designed hotel and almost everything was perfect. Our reception welcome and check in however left a poor impression. All other interaction with hotel staff was of a high standard. Make sure you take a look in at the huge gallery/museum/shop hidden down to the right side when facing the reception desk. Very easy to miss if you don't know to look for it. Amazing artifacts, art and other Abu Dahbi cultural pieces.
Superb Hotel Experience”
It was a great experience and i really enjoyed our stay in this hotel. Restaurants were great, staff were helpful and polite. room facility was perfect. I would recommend this hotel to friends. you will never go wrong with this hotel.
Had a good stay at the hotel. It was wonderful. The room is huge and there is a sofa-bed kinda thing which was really comfortable. Breakfast staff was not very service oriented though. Once, a friend asked for tea and she exclained quite loudly 'HUH?' while half of us thought it was funny, the other half thought she has quite an attitude.
Nice hotel but staff need improvement”
As with any internationally established hotel, this hotel had splendid room and facilities. Location is spectacular and quite relaxing. A museum is connected to the hotel, lots of items that can be viewed and appreciated in the museum. Nearby there is KFC and a large park to stroll around. Easy parking and taxis readily available. The problem is with the staff. Concierge staff not attentive to helping us and the kids with luggage and opening of the hotel door! Front desk (reception) staff questioning us about the room that we chose and offered lesser room for us! Then there's the deposit required swiped through credit card and took some time to be refunded back to me. If the staff could be improved, this can be a magnificent hotel.
A mixed performance in this hotel”
The overall feeling having stayed is not so positive. This was mainly due to a series of mistakes made, but moreover (understanding that things happen), it was more about the feeling that one of the waitresses was not so friendly, so did not make us (my daughter) and I seem like welcome guests. The hotel presents good value (price v condition), but would only really suit those wanting to be near the exhibition centre near-by. We only needed a few nights stop-over, so just about served our purposes. Overall, though felt slightly underwhelmed, and this was more so, expecting more from the 'Hilton' brand. Good atte,pt by the assistant manager (Ali?), at the end to try and smooth things over though.

There was a mixed performance staying in the Hilton. The name suggested an overall better performance should really have been taken for granted. However, there were problems getting breakfast (due to mis-advertised timings for dining, in all parts of the hotel; I was rather disappointed with the performance of one member of the waitress staff, who did not seem friendly either). In addition, there was a mistake on day one, when on arrival they gave me the room key for a room that already had an occupant inside! it could have been very embarassing - but luckily I got out of the room quickly... I see no real reason to stay n this hotel again (despite the positive attempt at customer service to issues, of which two were already mentioned) - primarily due to the location. It is not conducive to tourists, with only a few fast-food choices (KFC, Burger King) to choose for dinner near-by, if not wanting the hotel's choices.

Very disappointing experience. this was my worst ever stay in a hotel definitely not the Hilton standard this is the by far less than a 3-star hotel expwrience. the staff had no clue of customer service they had no clue what to do I had to wait to almost 3 hours to have my luggage sent to my room and also the room was not equipped with all the necessary amenities the restaurant seems empty and boring and the nothing exciting happening in this place. Upon check in i was told that breakfast is not included in the room. I had to call agoda to confirm the same.
Friendly staff, average otherwise”
Friendly and attentive staff welcomed my travel partner and I when we arrived at 4am. We were promptly shown to our rooms and 5 minutes after I settled in, a member of the front of house staff called to check if everything was in order. Room was very large and well-lit. Not carpeted,which is my ideal! There are little touches that make it a bit peculiar - the room lighting controls are so modern I found them a little hard to operate and for such a spacious room there is not a proper working area or table. Power sockets are sparse. Breakfast is fine, a decent spread but staff were harried and forgot my order of coffee twice (I went to the dispenser to get it but was told that it would be brought to me). Plus side that it’s near the airport if you are landing and want to get there in a hurry. The corridors leading to the rooms distinctly smell of smoke. Overall average.
