There was a maintenance work going on in my next room with heavy drilling in my room wall and noises. Surprised, called up reception to be received by a completely impolite, pissed of lady who said she cannot do anything about it or change my room . When I asked why they did not inform me while checking in , her response was like what wud have changed if they had informed me!!!!Most rude response I have ever received from a 5 star category Hotel. Looks like a they selected a wrong person for the job. Very shocking to see this happen in Hilton!! Never again in Hilton.. when I came to the reception directly to check , the receptionist was polite enough to offer another room but by that time my impression about Hilton Prague has already been permanently damaged.
Hilton standard, everything's expensive”
I bought my stay at Hilton Prague at a good discount. The facility was great, everything in Hilton standard. However, everything was so expensive, especially compare to the prices outside of the hotel. The hotel was not many people occupied, and most of the guests I saw were old people, so the atmosphere is a little bit strange.

Front Desk was always polite and helpful. Room was quite spacious even with the extra bed deployed. Room Services was prompt and effective. Dining at the lounge was great, we will served with great food (big servings) and well attended to. Cloud 9 Sky Bar and lounge service was disappointing. We went to balcony side of the bar to get a feel of fresh air and we kept waiting for any waitress to come out and take our orders. But they simply just ignore us and keep entertaining those inside the bar. I do not know if it is because we are Singaporeans, or they just prefer Europeans etc. They do not even bother to look at when we reenter the bar.

Comfortable beds and fairly equipped with toiletries (chambermaid should have a checklist of the toiletries provided in the room when cleaning the room). A quiet surrounding located at riverside where there is easy access to visit places of interest. Helpful and friendly staff at reception. Reasonable hotel rates when booked through Agoda, our regular agent.

Staying at Hilton Prague Hotel is very enjoyable. The hotel has very good location, very near the Old Town and city center. This hotel is very nicely designed with very spacious lobby and lounge. The room is quite big. This hotel has family room type which is suitable for family travel. The room has the separate toilet and shower room, very convenient for family stay. Breakfasts are great with variety of foods with quality.
Avoid, Unless You are on a Tour”
This Hilton is a massive tourist hotel. Check in took over 30 minutes with 10 receptionist working quite hard to get everyone accommodated. The line felt you were at a McDonalds that with tourist cutting in line trying to get to the front. The lobby resembled an airport lost luggage area with bags taking up 40% of the lobby. The breakfast restaurant is too small to accommodate the guests. After waiting in a line over 20 people deep, I decided to go for a walk and found a nice Czech morning restaurant 10 minutes towards Old Town. The Hotel room itself appeared not to be upgraded. I was on the 1st floor which would take between 5-7 minutes to have one of the four elevators to arrive. I could not use the stairs as they were fixed with alarms for fire use only. In the end, Hilton did not accept my Hilton Honors card because I booked through Agoda and not the Hilton website. I was then charged $10/day for the 'free' internet. The hotel staff were very nice and removed the charge. Avoid!

Beautiful hotel, disappointing check out experience”
This hotel is gorgeous, rooms, lobby, pool area are all perfect. It really feels 5 star. We just had one issue on our final morning. We had been advised there were building works going in the hotel, each day between 11 and 7 but that we shouldn't hear much as we were situated a good distance from the works. However, on the final morning, loud drilling commenced at 9.30am and we could hear it clearly. When we mentioned this at checkout, we were advised it didn't start until 10am and we couldn't have heard it. The way this was handled was disappointing and tainted an otherwise perfect stay. I would stay here again and am putting this down as a likely one off as all other staff we met during our stay provided a much better quality customer service.
New years eve celebration so why not stay in style? Big mistake! Lenghty checkin, 30 euro parking fee, towels so old they probably were bought in a second hand store, no bars open to sit get a drink, no wifi unless going through a long ass signup procedure and extra payment - with room rates at 300 euro you would expect wifi in 2017!! All in all the year ended with the worst hotel experience of 2017 - i stay at hotels 75 days a year.
