Our family is disappointed with this hotel, the room is small, single beds are small, the refrigerator is not working.......you have to ask for toothbrush and toothpaste. But the location is good, on the side there is a big supermarket with everything you need and the bus stops to Venice and train station.

Clean but bad service. Check in time 2pm but check out 11am the day after. Before 10.30am, they turned off my air conditioner then I had to ask to restart. No water or coffee inside, you have to buy from outside or the bar at ground floor. It didn’t deserve a 4-star hotel.

I had a reservation - two nights for two people at the Ambasciator Hotel.
When we arrived, the receptionist told me that we should go to Delfino because there are no free rooms at the Ambasciatori. That's the same, she told us.
We booked room, paid in advance, and we have to go to another hotel?
Yes, both hotels are in the same ownership and both of them have the same number of stars, but these are not the same hotels!
I want to emphasize that the recepcionist did not apologize in any way becouse of situation,
she just repeated - these are the same hotels...
Of course, I did not give up the room I paid for. And finally I have a room at the hotel but - the room was too small, did not have a hallway, an entrance hall, did not have a closet?
When I asked to see a manager, that was not possible, because he was " busy"!
I repeat that this is a 4 star hotel!

Rude staff, no name badges to report them. Refusal to supply names when requested and night staff refused to call a manager when requested.

Well I booked this place however when we arrived we were sent next door to its sister hotel 'Delfino'. Well the staff and the premises were no way a four star complex as it said it was. Overall I was appalled by the customer service.
Easy access to train station and airport. There's a bus stop in front and opposite the hotel. Many restaurants nearby and a supermarket too. A bit noisy if stay at lower ground.

This hotel is definitely not worth the four stars - at least not according to the international standards.
Shortly after I made my reservation, I had a question and called the hotel. I was put on hold for like 10 minutes, after which the line was disconnected. I called again, the same effect. Third time is a charm - after a couple of minutes of waiting (international fares apply...!), the person in charge told me she could not reply my question and that I should write a mail. I did and this mail was *never* replied to. Such a terrible customer service in nowadays completely unacceptable.
The hotel itself is rather worn down, for example, in my bathroom, there was a gaping hole on the wall (this in a 4-star hotel). The room was very small, there is hardly space for anything but the bed. I am 6'2", I hardly fit in the cramped bathroom.
The breakfast was rather poor - I've stayed in 3-star hotels (even in Italy) serving much better breakfasts (e.g. in Grado). It had one type of cheese, one of ham, a rather disgusting-looking, cold scrambled eggs. I asked the unfriendly waiter to make me a fresh ham-and-eggs, he rudely refused that - not something I would except in a quality hotel.
The two small elevators are so slow that I decided to use the staircase, the wooden part of the handrail in the staircase is falling apart...
In all, I would not recommend this hotel due to their poor customer service, aging property and the small rooms.
