One of Best Hotel Ever! ”
This hotel located nearest to the Gotemba Premium Outlet. There is a free shuttle bus every 30 mins to the outlet vice versa. The room im choosing in facing the Mt Fuji. It was a fantastic view ever! The room design is japanese modern design and it was so beautiful and cozy! There is a vending machine in every alternate room. The huge onsen with infinity view was located right next to the hotel (connected) and it was free to all hotel guest with a dyson hair dyer for female onsen. This is the best onsen ever! The room was really clean. Everything you need is here. Coin laundry is located at high floor. I will definately come back for this hotel again next time. Thank you.

Beautiful hotel with awesome view! ”
The hotel is very new and it’s really beautiful. When I booked there was no option to choose a room with Mount Fuji view (but there is now I think). Would definitely choose that if I was able to. The room size is adequate for couple and really cosy and nice. The amenities in room was also great, they provided all the necessities more than some hotels even. And the price is definitely worth it. Breakfast spread was okay but not international enough. There’s also free onsen for hotel guests. All in all it was a great place and we had a great time. Will definitely want to spend more time there if we visit again!

Love this hotel. I’ll seriously consider to stay here again. Shuttle bus to Gotemba Premium Outlets are so convenient. Would like to suggest longer hours from Outlets back to Hotel. The outdoor hot springs and indoor spa are so nice. Rooms are so clean. Will definitely recommend friends to stay here

Excellent view and onsen”
The hotel is at excellent location as it is very close to the Gotemba Premium Oultet. Furthermore, from the hotel, you can see the Mtn. Fuji (when the sky is clear). Finally, after a day long of shopping, you can enjoy the onsen at the hotel (it is free for public bath).

Amazing view of Mt Fuji at the lobby. Room is super clean and interesting layout for twin room. Remember to ask for parking coupon, or else the overnight parking charge will kill you (we clocked 7800 yen overnight parking, but waived with the free parking coupon).

This was the best hotel we had in our whole trip. The hotel was new with onsen, great view of Mt. Fuji, nice food in restaurant, convenience shopping experience at the outlet shop. The only downside is because it is not locate in the city centre, please check your last bus back to hotel before you go anywhere. Overall, it was a great place to stay, we both loved it.

This hotel was located in a beautiful location. The Rooms were super cute and spacious enough for me and my 3 year old. I also liked that the outlets are almost attached to the hotel. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location when combined with Gotemba Premium Outlet shopping!”
In the past, shopping at Gotemba Premium Outlet is always a day trip from Tokyo and ended up always didn’t manage to cover all the shops. So this time we decided to stay 3 nights in Gotemba and it was a relaxing shopping experience! Our rooms at Hotel Clad had the Mount Fuji View which made our stay so memorable. The restaurant has a wide ranging menu and most of the dishes ordered were delicious and I must also say that the breakfast buffet is awesome as it has a good spread!

Convenient hotel with great views of Mount Fuji”
Pro: breathtaking view of Mount Fuji from the lobby, very nice Onsen spa included in the room rate. Convenient free shuttle service to/from Premium Outlet. Cons: rooms with a view of Mount Fuji are charged 2,000 JPY extra per person per night. There is no other food option than the hotel restaurant and cafe within the Onsen premises. Overall experience was great but we would have appreciated if the receptionist would have moved us to one of the (empty) rooms with a view of Fuji-san.

Thank you very much for visiting our hotel. We had constructed a hotel in the amazing place from where guest can see the suprising views. Our goal is to make the guest happy and also make them to visit to the hotel again again. In Gotenba city there is a restaurent bar cafe for dinner and lunch. It is quite far by walking but if you have car then by car it`s not so far. Of course we can do our best as soon as possible. We will looking forward to seeing you next time. Hotel Clad Bharat

You could see the Mountain Fuji through your room window, but it depends on weather conditions. Nice spring, nice location. The room is kinda small, not much space for suitcases.

Very Good Onsen”
The Onsen is perfect with good indoor, outdoor, cold water and sauna facilities. The hotel is very new. Room and all facilities are newly equipped. It is just next to the Outlet so that very convenience to do shopping and dining. The hotel lobby is facing to Mt. Fuji. It should be very good view from the lobby, restaurant and outdoor Onsen. But very unfortunately, my day is a raining and foggy day so I can’t see the Mt. Fuji at all. But in general, it is a good hotel to recommend.
