The hotel is very close to the Opera and the shopping district but it located in a very quiet street. The hotel is small but yet very new, clean and modern. The elevator is small(only fit one person with suitcase). The breakfast is not free but very delicious(cost: 15 Euro).
Good location, very close to the opera house; friendly staff.
Someone working there try to steal.”
On 2nd day, we stay there. Someone who must have access to the room stole our bag, camera, phones. When we went to lobby to speak to the receptionist, Luckily, my wife accidentally see the bag near the luggage room on the lobby that afternoon before the second shift ends. We were so disappointed and ask the manager Ashma to check the CCTV who put my belongings there and demand to speak to the director. But they are reluctant to assist us with the investigation and gave us lame excuses. Better find other hotel nearby if you want to find to stay in Opera area. Never been so disappointed and just ruined our holiday moods.
Great Hotel but the room was so hot I couldn't sleep.”
Good value little Hotel conveniently placed. No breakfast room so they bring it to your room on a tray which is nice. Thought it was good value and the room was a nice design but it was so hot even with the windows open that I couldn't sleep. I wouldn't recommend purely on this. One needs sleep! Otherwise Excellent!
Nice staff, nice place but not well isolated”
Everything went great beside the fact that the doors are quite thin. If other clients close their doors, it's very loud...
Had a restful time after a day of walking and enjoyed the facilities. It was great value for money and would definitely stay again.
Very near to Gallerie Lafayette. A place to stay for a short trip. Room is very small but this is Paris. Most hotel has small room.
